I am so happy I followed reviews for this dentist office. Just moved here from western Montana and hated to leave the great Hygienist I had but found one that is just as good or better. Thanks Robyn for your great care. Your the best. Met Dr. Ross and am convinced he will give me the best treatment also. You will love these people.

This was a wonderful experience. Since going to the dentist is not always something you want to do, this time, it was pleasant and professional and fun all at the same time. The Dental Assistant (Melinda) was absolutely the best. She made me feel relaxed and fun. Dr. Draayer is the best. He has a wonderful sense of humor and I never was in any pain. Loved the whole experience.

Ashley was the best! She cleaned my teeth and did the exam and never hurt me once! No pain at all! She was so kind and professional! She cared about my pain and concerns. She deserves a raise! Thanks for all the time and care. I left pain free and happy. :)

Had somewhat of an emergency situation, the team fit me into an already busy schedule. Diagnosed the issue I have quickly, with compassion and without rushing me out because they were so busy. They explained everything to expect on my next appointment and the young lady explained all of the charges thoroughly as well. My diagnosis wasn't what I wanted to hear, but the staff did an outstanding job. Great atmosphere, looking for dental care, go here.

If you need a dentist, Grand Avenue Dental Care is the place to go! Hands Down the best dental experience I have ever had! My first visit was for a dental emergency. The dentist on call was amazing. He took the time to explain every possible treatment option. He answered all my questions and eased my fears. I had the only pain free dental experience in my life here! Every staff member that I interacted with was knowledgeable and compassionate.

As far as dental offices and staff goes, these guys are THE BEST!!! They made me feel so welcome and comfortable, even when I panicked right before surgery. A warm blanket, calming explanations of what to expect and friendly faces is all it took. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Well first of all this is my 3rd visit to a dental office and I was not treated like their house payment. Very personal and helpful. It’s a small office so that tells me they care about their patients and not their building. Dr Ross treated me like doctors treated people back in the 1960s, with helping your lively hood and was considered about it. Thank you and I was very inspired with him.

Just had 2 appointments so far and I can not tell you how much Robynn and Dr Ross have helped me. I am already smiling bigger and brighter. All the staff has been amazing to me and so helpful. Handling all the insurance stuff and really listening to me on my wants and needs. If you're considering making an appointment and haven't yet just do it you will not regret it. Thanks guys so much!! Can't tell you what it means to me!

I've never had such a pleasant dentistry experience (and I had a root canal today)! Dr. Ross and the whole GADC team is phenomenal. It was painless--seriously--completely painless. Everyone was friendly and made me feel at ease. I felt comfortable because it was clear they are all well beyond competent. Any reservation I have had about future dental visits is gone.

I never thought going to the dentist could be enjoyable. Grand Avenue Dental has an incredible staff of people that genuinely care about you. They've done a lot of my dental work now. I had a filling and some root tips removed today. Dr. Drayer himself called me this evening to make sure I was doing good still! Incredible service and even better staff! I'd give higher than 5 stars if I could and would recommend to everyone I know!
