I have had a great experience with Lockwood Family Dental every time I have been there. They have been very honest and straightforward with my plan. The services they have performed have exceeded my expectations. I have had extractions, cleanings and fillings done by them. My fillings turned out amazing and I am very pleased with them. Lindsay cleaned my teeth, and it was hands down the best cleaning I’ve had in Billings. She took her time and her attention to detail made the difference. She used tools on my teeth that I’ve never had prior dental assistants utilize before. I was amazed she cleaned a tooth repair crevice that I have been told for years could not be fully cleaned. To my surprise, Lindsay cleaned the crevice and I did not have to prompt her attention to the tooth. The service with Lindsay proved to me that not all dentist offices in the Billings area are on the same professional level.

Very friendly, very professional and clean environment. They do great work. I would highly recommend! I was able to get in quick, and they accept Medicaid! I have been to several Dentists over the years and good ones like Lockwood Dental are hard to find and come by. Thank you for the great experience!

Staff is knowledgeable and sincerely cares about their patients. As someone that gets very anxious when going to the dentist, it can be a rough experience. They helped me remain calm and explained everything in a way I can understand.

I travel 2 hours to come visit this office since 2019 I highly recommended them to everyone!! They are compassionate and very friendly, Not to mention they are just FUN!! My mom who has been afraid of the dentist for over 18 years comes here now. In the past my mom has needed to be medicated just to walk through the door to see a dentist. She decided to try this office after my visit and now- she walks in the door without medication and a Smile! That a HUGE transformation and I believe it’s because of who’s behind the doors at this office. By far the best office I’ve ever been to 100%!!

I am a fan of Lockwood Family Dental! Dr. Hansen, Lindsay and Celeste are awesome! (I haven't met Jaime yet, but I'm sure she's a wonderful addition to the office). I'm not just another patient when I walk in those doors, they treat me like family. They are always quick to take care of me and address my concerns. They're flexible with my schedule and are great about sending me reminders (I'm a little forgetful!) I'll be a patient for life.

This was our first time to this office and Lindsey, Celeste and Jamie were GREAT! Lindsey did an excellent job with my 3 year old's intake, x-ray's and cleaning. Celeste and Jamie were super helpful keeping her occupied during my appointment. The office was very inviting and clean and everyone was so friendly. Dr. Hanson was friendly, and thorough. He was very efficient and communicated and listened very well. I'm so glad we switched!!
