They try to help and for the most part do very good. 90% of the staff is exceptional. However there is always that one Dr that really just hates to be part of a good team. I would highly recommend them but, ask questions, get answers and don't be afraid to say no if things don't seem quite right.

They always do a great job! I so appreciate them. For my last appointment, they were able to get me in the same day and replace my crown.

Ive been here several times already. For cleanings, root canals and fillings. This clinic does not offer sedation. I had my wisdom teeth pulled at another dentist via their reccomendation. Doctors were nice and courteous at riverstone. Going here is never a bad experince. The doctors will work with you and answer questions as asked. Office staff are kind as well. Communication is key.

Don't remember her name but the lady dentist great best dentist I've ever had .I thought I needed two teeth pulled try to convince her that I needed them pulled. She said no we could save them she drilled both teeth fixed them .And the dentist teached her student during the procedure Great teacher and dentist. The price was fair. Great place to go I recommend this place the lady dentist best dentist I've ever had. . And I've had a lot of dental work done through the years. Great place to go

My wife went in today for a exam filling and cleaning. My wife was pregnant she just had our son . They will not work on a pregnant woman she has been waiting .The lady she made the appointment with told her ther appointment was for all three. Also all three could be done in one visit.cleaning exam and filling
She came In thinking these procedures was going to happen . They did her exam then told her to schedule for cleaning and filling . My wife said I came today for 3 procedures not just exam . She then told my wife she had another appointment can she stay for her cleaning till 330 . They did the cleaning then made her wait all they way till October when she has been waiting 9 months since being pregnant for fillings . It was her initial reason for calling bad customer service no one is on the same page . Stop blaming everything on the pandemic you just was rude and didn't even apologize for the mix up

Went in with my little brother because he cracked a tooth and exposed a nerve. Hes been in non-stop pain for 3 days now and not to mention there appointments are no earlier the 2 months out. So we go in at 7am in the morning hoping to fill in somewhere. So they take us back and do some X-rays and all we are trying to do is get the tooth pulled. So the "dentist" and his "help" start talking and she tells him he has almost 2 hours before his next appointment and he replies with "i just don't want to be late for my next appointment.." and tells us we have to reschedule for another time which is 2 months away and take Tylenol.... This dentist obviously doesn't understand the pain of an exposed nerve medication isn't the answer my brother needed his help and we got turned away because he was being lazy... loser
