I am a new patient with a problem with a very old crown .. I was apprehensive about which dentist to go see and Dr. Moos had been recommended by a friend! I’m so thankful he was! He thoughtfully evaluated the situation and explained the ins and outs of treatment and referred me on to a surgeon. I am so appreciative of his professionalism and honesty! Thank you Dr. Moos.. I will be back!❤️

So I booked my teeth cleaning and I’ve been seeing doctor Moos for years now but today was really an unprofessional experience. I called ahead to see if they could remove my tooth gems. The receptionist confirmed they could. The hygienist wanted to perform a periodontal gum disease check, which I had a very bad experience with this procedure before so I said “no I don’t want to do that”. She then told me she couldn’t see me for a cleaning then. Something about affecting her license. Which is fine she has to follow protocol, I get it. I had a very full day of my own clients ahead so I could not physically be in excruciating pain before a long day like that. Anyone in my industry will understand that. So I told her I don’t want that but maybe they could take just one tooth gem off before I go. She told me the dentist does that and doesn’t have time. So I rescheduled the removal. I later received a voicemail telling me they don’t perform those procedures and to go back to who put them on (which this can only be removed by a dentist). And since I didn’t want a cleaning they would just cancel my appointment and mark my account inactive. I called to explain I did want the cleaning I just needed to block off more time to be prepared for that type of pain. The receptionist told me they were no longer scheduling. I said “but I just scheduled this morning”. Ya sorry we have a note from the office manager saying we are no longer scheduling you.
This may be warranted for a rude or disrespectful patient but I was neither of those things. I just didn’t have the capacity that day for that procedure. Very insensitive, curt staff. Sorry for the book but this was the only way I could explain myself since the office refused to call me back.

Hadn’t been to the dentist in longer than I’d like to admit. Things went great today though, the entire staff was laidback and kind. My cleaning and exam have left my mouth feeling great and my mind at ease for my next appointment in 6months.

Fantastic staff and Dr. Moos is a phenomenal dentist. Had fillings replaced and haven't needed to go back to correct any bit corrections. That's a win in my book. Highly recommended.

Dr. Moos and Keely were friendly and quick. They made sure I knew what was happening throughout my procedure and made sure I was comfortable!

I had three fillings done here a month ago and have had pain ever since. I have gone back three times for bite adjustments and the pain continues to worsen. I haven't been able to chew on the left side of my mouth for over a month. I saw Dr. Morasco who is no longer with this practice. She was very professional and thorough but unfortunately the front desk staff is not. I have left three message trying to get in ASAP to have my tooth fixed and they said they were booked out until the middle of October. I asked to be seen sooner since I had no pain before the procedure in their office but have not received any call back since over a week ago. I have now left three messages with no response. As a fellow health care practitioner in this community I would never recommend my patients or friends to this office. I have read other reviews of other patients who are also paying via medicaid being ignored so maybe that's part of the problem?

Best dentist in town, I’ve been coming to Moos for a few years now. He and his team/staff are phenomenal!

I love coming here! Their dental hygienist are wonderful, thorough and knowledgeable. I appreciate they are always on time and they bill my insurance for me. Everyone is friendly from front desk to back office! Excellent experience!
