My family has been going to Dr Repscher for 12+ years now. All my kids and I love him & staff, he has a stellar bedside manner. Office is clean, efficient, and friendly. He is so reasonable and helpful, willing to work with us, kind and gentle.

Watch your bills, they charge you for services you did not receive, double bill you after the fact. they stopped all communication when itemized bills to inquire about billing, then to refer to collections years later. They also only refer you to other providers who are LDS.

Dr. Repscher and his team are outstanding! They went above and beyond yesterday for me. I was on vacation when I had severe tooth pain. I called the office, and they scheduled me for when I arrived home. I needed a root canal and crown. They eased my anxiety and calmed my pain by doing the procedure immediately. They stayed through their lunch break to tend to me quickly and comfortably. I was very impressed and happy with them and the results. Thank You!

I haven't had a bad experience with Dr. Repscher or his staff. All my 6mo cleanings are quick & painless. I have extra plaque so they apply a numbing solution to make it easy for me. I'm straightening my teeth with Clear Correct. It's been going great. It's amazing how quickly your teeth can move.
Dr. Repscher & his staff are very pleasant. They are friendly and helpful. They are always happy to see me. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone. In fact I have and they gave me a gift card for my referral!!!

I like that they started sending friendly appointment reminders via text message, as that is the best form of communication for me!

Repscher Dental is top notch for dental care! My family and I love going to see Dr. Repscher. The front office staff is very helpful in working with our insurances and always greet us with a smile upon our arrival. The hygienists are very gentle! And the assistants are very patient and kind with our daughter. Thank you for all that you do for our family!

I came to Bozeman to attend MSU and started going to Dr. Repscher's office in 2011. I have been a patient there ever since. He was so personable at my first exam and made we feel really welcome. I had to come back for a filling (first one ever!) so I was really nervous. I didn't expect such a great experience. He was SO gentle and his assistant was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable. Recently I had a horrible tooth ache and called the front desk to see if they could get me in. They stayed past 5:00pm to take care of me. That's true care! He is a great dentist and I highly recommend him!

I haven't been to the dentist in 8-9 years secondary to dental phobia and anxiety. I had a toothache and needed to make an appt. Repscher got me in in a timely fashion. While I was extremely nervous (and pregnant so no sedation) everyone made me feel at ease. The initial exam was quick and painless. I ended up having to come in for a root canal. The dentist and the techs were super gentle and the whole procedure was relatively painless. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

He puts on a great facade, but Jaeson Repscher is a real slimy piece of work and is robbing his clients. I will say, I went in for a regular cleaning and had a generally good experience. Staff was friendly, etc.
However, when I needed additional work done, I was quoted an exorbitant amount, even though Repscher was in-network for my insurance. After Repscher's staff gave me the runaround as to why it would cost so much, I decided to reach out to other in-network providers for a second opinion. What would have cost me almost $900 at Repscher ended up costing me only $180 through another in-network provider.
Additionally, many months later, I received a bill for a balance that my insurance would not cover, for the normal cleaning I believed I had received. This was a charge for photographs that were taken of my teeth, a service which is unnecessary, and a service which I received with no mention of additional charges at the time. To clarify, these were indeed photos, not x-rays.
I actually had a conversation with Mr. Repscher at the time of my appointment about the photos, and how I'd never had them done before, and he failed to mention at any point that I would be charged extra for the service. Had he mentioned that the photos would be an additional charge, I would have immediately had him stop.
On top of this, Jaeson Repscher was snide and arrogant in his response to being confronted about his lack of transparency in his practice, flaunting the fact that his practice only provides the "best" service for his patients. He even went on to insinuate I was poor for requesting a refund on these charges I was unaware of. He refused to refund these charges, talked down on me, and defended himself incessantly.
I urge anyone considering Repscher Dental to choose another dentist, as you can receive a great experience elsewhere, and not be deceived by this money-hungry crook. It became clear to me when talking to him that he is well aware of his deceiving practices, and he won't stop. Be discerning when looking for a dentist and find someone honest.
