Three Rivers Dental - Cosmetic, Implants & Dentures

I honestly don’t write reviews often, but I feel compelled to write this review so that this situation does not happened to others.

I initially called this office due to an interest in Invisalign. I was assured that Dr.Evon did both dental and orthodontic work multiple times over the phone before making an appointment.

When I arrived for my appointment, I again made it clear that I was there for an Invisalign consult. I was already using a different dentist and was not sure if I was going to switch everything over yet. They proceeded to take a ton of X-rays and did a full dental exam. At the end of the exam I was told that I potentially had a couple teeth I need filled, and that she would like to do work on 6 other teeth for potential filling/preventative care.

I am 33 years old. I have great oral care and to this day have never had a cavity. I had a routine cleaning and X-rays 3 months prior, at my current dentist, and was told everything looked great. So all this information seemed very odd.

I was given quotes for thousands of dollars of work. And the Invisalign quote was thrown in at the bottom. There was very little discussion about the main reason I came in for. I was then charged over $300 for my consult, which was more than they told me over the phone, and I left the office feeling anxious, overwhelmed and uncomfortable.

I proceeded to get second dental and orthodontic opinions due to my uneasiness. I was happy and irritated to find out that I did not need any of the above work and my Invisalign quote was cheaper somewhere else. On top of it all, these follow up appointments/consults were FREE.

I feel completely mislead and wish I could have my money back.

I had a great experience with Dr. Evon and her team, they were all very professional and wanted to make sure my appointment went well! They made me feel very comfortable and were able to do a cleaning the same day for me!

Best dental care in my 50+ years of dental care. I just had three fillings taken care of by Dr. Evon. She is an awesome doctor of dentistry and keeps educating herself to give the best care. My whole family has gone to her for years and I've taken my mother-in-law to her also. I forgot to mention after my last teeth cleaning event, that Julia truly is the best dental assistant ever. I love this place.

When I first started going to Three Rivers I knew my oral health was in pretty bad shape. I had a bad experience with another dentist. Long story short Dr.Evon and Hygienist Julia have helped me have a healthier mouth. It's been a long journey and I've had to make some habit changes but I couldn't have done it without their help and support. Thank.you Three Rivers!

THE most amazing staff ever. These women really care about you and your dental health and are so compassionate through every step of the way (even to a patient like myself who fears every part of it and often gets very anxious) I won’t ever stop recommending them!

Most educational care I have received. Everyone is very welcoming and thorough. I would absolutely recommend.

I had an urgent dental issue that needed diagnosing. Dr. Evon and her amazing staff got me in first thing the next day! They helped me resolve my issue quickly and I've been going to them for all my cleanings ever since! Every member of their team is kind, personable and professional. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Three Rivers. The front desk staff is always helpful and welcoming. The hygienists are friendly and provide excellent care. Dr. Evon is dedicated and does a wonderful job tailoring your dental care to you. I feel comfortable going to the dentist, and that says it all.

Dr. Evon and her team/family of colleagues are incredibly knowledgable and FUN! They were excellent with my super squirmy toddlers and very easy going and made the appointment entertaining and fun for them. I am so impressed by this office, everyone from the receptionist to the dental hygienist to Dr. Evon are organized, efficient and clearly enjoy working with each other.

I am so thankful I finally found Dr. Evon and her team of kind technicians and front desk staff. They are all very knowledgeable and patient. I have a history of terrible teeth and every time I’ve gone to other dentists I’ve had more cavities that need filled. When I came the first time it was the same story all over again with several more fillings needed and this time, a crown. I was so discouraged I burst into tears. But they were so patient and understanding with me. They gave me a few resources including a book. The book opened my eyes to several bad habits that one would never realize was bad. I just got back from having my yearly checkup (one year after needing lots of work) and I only had one cavity (I’ve never had less than 4). And Dr. Evon said she noticed a night and day difference in my teeth! I believe this is due to the knowledge shared with me - verbally and from the book, and the encouragement from the three river’s staff to change some old habits and make some new ones. Thank you, Three Rivers Dental for helping dental visits not be such a dread! Lastly, I so appreciate when getting those fillings previously that they gave me chapstick every time that - really helped make the experience more comfortable!
