YC Family Dental: Providing Dental Care Services with Mixed Reviews
YC Family Dental is a dental care provider located at 1617 Main St, Forsyth, MT 59327, United States. The clinic offers dental services to the local community and is open from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The clinic is closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
While YC Family Dental has been in business for a while, the reviews from customers are mixed. Some customers have had great experiences with the clinic, while others have not. One customer mentioned that the clinic was "amazing" and that they "work with staggering our big family with appointment times and make sure we are all taken care of!" However, another customer mentioned that they were refused treatment unless they brought $300 in cash, even though their insurance covered 100% of fillings.
Another customer mentioned that they missed their last appointment and were subsequently refused treatment. They also mentioned that the clinic refused to see them because they were on Medicaid. However, it is important to note that this is just one customer's experience, and it may not be reflective of the clinic's overall practices.
Overall, YC Family Dental is a dental care provider that has mixed reviews. While some customers have had great experiences with the clinic, others have not. If you are looking for a dental care provider in the Forsyth area, it may be worth considering YC Family Dental, but it is important to read reviews and do your own research before making a decision.

Amazing! They work with staggering our big family with appointment times and make sure we are all taken care of! There is a wonderful hygienist(I can't remember her name off the top of my head) , but I'd highly recommend her with any age of kiddo! We love going no matter who we see that day!

I've been taking my kids here since Youngbauer ran it. We missed one annual checkup and it was made into a big deal by a know-it-all Dental Assistant who was even offering Orthodontist recommendations. They don't do those procedures. The thing that burns me the most is this is a SMALL town. They all know me and my kids, who just recently lost their mother and NO ONE in the office had any manners or common courtesy. This is the reason the kids last appointment got cancelled. Not one single person said sorry for your loss or offered condolences. Extremely rude. Staff and office manager, sort of (wife of DDS), Sarah need customer service training. Acknowledge all patients who come in, especially kids.

The only way he would see me is if I brought $300 CASH with me even though my insurance covers 100% of fillings. I was in so much pain. Never heard of any medical professional asking for cash. When I said I didn't have $300 they asked if I could bring $125 in cash I said no and then they wanted to know how much cash I could come up with.

He won’t see see me or my daughters anymore because we missed our last appointment and are on medicaid. Oh and it was because my daughter was sick. Guess we should of just went in sick 🤷🏼♀️Be careful!!

I have anxiety when it comes to going to see the dentist, but I didn’t have that here! They did a fabulous job!
