I live near Bozeman , MT, but am currently in the area for an extended stay. Had a loose bridge and remembered Dr. McPherson in Glendive from years ago. Phoned the current office and was given an appointment with the YOUNGER Dr. McPherson. After an x ray, he explained my options and quoted costs. I had him reglue the bridge but later decided to give myself the gift of dental implants. The procedure was painless, no bad reactions, and I was so pleased! Now just a reasonable wait until the actual new teeth! They even identified an abscessed tooth and made an appointment for me in Miles City to handle that. The entire staff is very compassionate and efficient. Has been a great experience!

Worst office/administration. We’re rude, snotty, and judgmental to customers for having mediocre dental insurance. I witnessed this behavior to other patients and experience some myself. I tolerated it for two years because I like Dr. McPherson but he’s staff is unprofessional. After switch dentist it was more than difficult to get my ex rays and notes and that’s not only my opinion but my new dentist office. The receptionist at my new dentist had the same experience as I and others. To quote her “I just don’t understand why they’re being so difficult.”

I had an issue with the care that was provided today. The assistant who cleaned my daughter's teeth removed a small mass of tissue without the doctor's or my consent. I called the doctor and tried to explain what happened. He chose not to listen, instead chose to tell me that he had known this particular assistant all his life and she had worked for him 9 years and wouldn't do that. I have pictures, and he was not even willing to look at. After voicing my concern of the assistant preforming surgery on my daughter without consent, the doctor told me I should find another dentist. Good riddance. I should have listened to other former clients who told me to no longer use this office. Be careful with this one guys.
