A month ago I scheduled a cleaning and I had to prepay $246 for a cleaning. Yesterday I called their office but got their answering service so I left a message canceling my cleaning and asking for my card to be credited the $246. I asked for a returned phone call from their office. NO RETURNED CALL. Today I’ve called multiple times and I always get their answering service that tells me they are in their office and they don’t know why they aren’t returning my calls. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of customer service by simply returning my messages.

Very careful and caring group of folks! They have Netflix so you don't have to stare at the ceiling. Jason will explain everything and you will be comfortable through the whole thing. They are also good with kids, nervous or otherwise. I absolutely recommend jason and his team to everyone

Big Sky Dental the Personnel that work there are very professional and knowledgeable I know most people don't like the dentist but they make you feel really comfortable and explain all the procedures I would highly recommend them for anyone
