Crist Dental

I am sure this post will be blocked shortly after it being posted. BE WARE!! I went in for a 'single' tooth that was bothering me. Later, he recommended the tooth to be pulled, not by him. I was referred to another DR. to pull, then place with an implant, then another DR. to create a crown on the implant. Wait, it doesn't stop there. ALL the fillings in my mouth needed to be replaced. THE BEST is his assistant said a filling needed to be replaced that never existed. HAHA. She documented a filling that I never had. Oh...It gets better! My gums and teeth 'according to him' are is such bad shape, I need to see a Periodontist. HAHA: I had just had my teeth cleaned by another dentist in Helena.

I was more comfortable at Dr. Crist's office than I have ever been at the dentist. He was thorough and thoughtful and did a beautiful job on my teeth. The office environment was perfect--beautiful artwork (some created by Dr. Crist himself), friendly staff, and even massaging chairs! I loved how easily they took x-rays right at your seat and how quickly you could see them pop up on your own personal screen! I would highly recommend his office to anyone looking for a great dentist!

Really enjoyed my first trip to this office. I recently had an appointment for 2:50 in which I arrived at 2:55. The front counter woman explained to me that I was 10 minutes late, “by her computer”. Not by her cell phone which read the same as mine. She offered to seat me for an hour to wait for another appointment. For the robbery that is dental work, you’d think five minutes of flexibility would be okay.

Add on 4/8 - After my last visit, mentioned above I made sure to pay off any outstanding balances I had to ensure I wouldn’t require any further interaction with this establishment. Dr. Crist did his best to make the previously mentioned issue right and called me directly to hear about the problem and scheduling issue. This week my wife decided because the actual owner of this practice made such an effort that she would schedule her regular cleaning there to continue to promote his business. She called and referenced my account for insurance purposes as this was her first visit. The receptionist explained to my wife that MY account had gone to collections and she could not book her for an appointment. I called the office to clarify they had sent us to collections without sending any invoices or attempting any contact. Again, I had paid my balance at the last visit to prevent any future billing issues. The lady began to explain to me that while she was on the phone with my wife she wasn’t sure what she was looking at in the system and something seemed off. So, instead of politely asking to call my wife back after she clarified the information, she instead told my wife that our account was in collections and she could not book an appointment. It wasn’t until my wife repeatedly explained that we DO NOT have delinquent bills, with any services, certainly not theirs, as we attempted to cut ties with them and later decided to give them a second chance. Then, the woman finally told my wife she would call her back after she made sure our account wasn’t in collections. Now, this is no stab at those unfortunate individuals who are unable to make their payments in a timely manner, but it is insulting to hear that repeatedly, especially when their data is erroneous. If they can’t get this right, what else are they missing. I certainly don’t trust them with my money and will not trust them with my health. It was explained to me over the phone that someone with the same or similar last name had an account that went to collections and somehow their payments were applied to my account, you know, the one with no balance. 0/5 stars would be more fitting.

The atmosphere at Crist Dental is friendly and patient. Dr. Crist takes a great deal of time to carefully explain your care plan and is open to any and all questions. Everyone is concerned about you and your dental care. I find it to be comfortable and I know that Dr Crist is trying to help you save money wherever possible without compromising your total care. I would recommend Crist dental without any doubts.

I’ve been going to Dr. Crist for a few years now. I have never had any kind of bad experience. They are truly amazing there. I’ve referred many, many people to him, and they have all been very pleased as well.

Best dentistry experience in town. Great people, great atmosphere, and extremely kid friendly. I would recommend Crist Dental to anyone.

Only had experience scheduling with front desk person. Pretty cold reception, and booking is done 3-5 months in advance, bummer.

Very positive experience from everyone- office staff, hygienists, assistants, and Dr. Crist. About as close to painless as I have ever gotten. Recommend them very highly.

Every time I come in there rude and don't understand the words that hurt.

I hate going to the dentist, but seeing Dr Crist wasn't so bad. The rest of the staff was great as well.
