While the dentistry work was exceptional, the front desk service is questionable. I've call numerous times over a 3 day period to try to make a payment on my bill and I go straight to voicemail; I did leave a messages. No one called me back!!! There are at least 3-4 persons working behind the front desk who are not directly assisting patients that could pick up the phone. That's sad! How I know, I've worked for doctors in this position. The phone is key...you could be losing new patients, business!!!! Not to mention that it is very frustrating for the existing patients who may need an emergency appointment.

I am so glad that my previous dentist didn't take my new dental insurance, forcing me to look for a new dentist last year. Due to COVID-19 it took months to get an appointment for a teeth cleaning. It was worth the wait. The staff was so helpful, educational and sweet, even though they were crazy busy. Wait time was no time at all. I, seriously, can't wait for my next visit.

I recently switched to this dentistry and I am amazed by their level of superior service!! All of the staff is warm, welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. They explain every step of the procedure to you as you go and small talk as well to keep your mind at ease, they are quick with getting you into the chair and getting started and everything is very clean! I have had a lot of dentists and they all seemed like strangers after having them for years yet I just changed to Alpine three months ago and already know the staff and dentist so well! Any time you have questions and you call they answer quickly or return your call quickly within an hour and they are great with reminders for appointments and rescheduling if need be!

This dentist office take Medicare insurance & put on people waiting list for emergency or un emergency list for a while definitely depending if people are in tooth pain or need something to be fix or only for cleaning check up regular vist !
I am looking forward to meet him & his dentist staff .
The office staff was helpful to me tell me where I cold go different place to check the back of my tooth pain I was having & I got in different place sooner because I was in pain & was on waiting list there .

I am so happy I decided to see Dr. Maltby as my new dentist. While I was there the front office staff was very caring and nice and I immediately felt welcomed into their office. My cleaning was thorough and informative without feeling guilted like I have at previous offices. And Dr. Maltby was the most gentle understanding dentist I have ever had. He walked me through my different options for a treatment plan and took the time to answer all my questions. I never thought I would feel comfortable in a dental office until I found this place. Seriously cant recommend it enough!

This was my first time here with my husband. The front office people were friendly as well as most of the staff. My husband had a good experience with his teeth getting cleaned thoroughly but my hygienist was very impersonal and in my opinion did a horrible job cleaning my teeth. It took her twelve minutes from start to finish. The plaque scraping was painful which I understand to a point but she didn't even attempt to do my front teeth. When the polish came along she did one quick swipe and didn't even polish each tooth. I felt robbed of what a "cleaning" should be and it seemed as though she was just trying to get me done as fast as possible to move on.

Dentist today. Best ever dentist day. So nice. No negativity like our former family dental. Cleaning was gentle and over in record time. No scolding, no painful cleaning. Why the heck was our old dental provider like that? I have 3 things to go back for and will willingly. I went in super stressed today and came out ready to return. Still an ordeal but YES!!

Levi and his staff always treat me with the most respect. The girls are always professional and do a fantastic job on my teeth. Since going to Alpine Falls for over 10 years now, my mouth is in the best condition of my life. I highly recommend Levi to all who read this. Fantastic dentist!!

I had two visits in two days. These people where very professional and made my experience very pleasant. I haven't been to a dentist in A long time so I wasn't sure what to expect. If I had to recommend a dentist it's this one. You won't be disappointed

Had my first cleaning done here. The young lady that done my cleaning was the most kind person I’ve met in years. She was so concerned about my feelings, pain level, comfort. She definitely did a thorough job cleaning.( I don’t remember her name)
