Dr. Nate and his team are so awesome with the kids. They are patient, kind, and understanding with each child and their specific needs. I am so glad this is the place I decided to take my children. You won't be disappointed! The whole office is kid friendly with decorations, tablets in the waiting room, movies on the ceiling, and big enough rooms for the whole family to sit.

Dr. Rich and the staff are amazing! My daughter has a lot of anxiety about people messing with her mouth and dentists in general. They are incredibly patient and understanding, taking everything one little step at a time and working WITH her to make the experience enjoyable. Even when she had a meltdown with x-rays, they said it was what they were there for! I have been impressed both times we have got to see them! My daughter even actually looks forward to going to see them and all the animals at the location. I HIGHLY recommend this dentist to all parents with little people!

My girl (4) & (2) have seen Dr. Nate since they were 6 months old and we have never had a bad experience. They always make you feel so welcomed and the kids always leave happy! 😃

I have been bringing my kids here since we moved to Great Falls. They are amazing! Kim has been taking care of my kids and has a great relationship with my kids. She is the reason my son, with high anxiety, is able to come to the dentist. She cares and is amazing! Thank you to Kim and the staff at Pediatric Dentistry😁
Had Sara today and she is excellent! Once again thank you so much Pediatric Dentistry!!!

Maddie and Dr. Nate are awesome and my daughter loves them. She wants to go to the denist everyday she said. Everyone there is great!

Dr. Nate and Kylee are both great. However, each time I have over an hour wait to be seen. It’s not ideal with two young kids and is super frustrating to spend an hour and a half of my day at one appointment.

I didn’t have a BAD experience, but having had an EXCEPTIONAL experience with their sister office, Helena Pediatric Dentistry, this office pales in comparison. They didn’t necessarily do anything wrong, but there’s room for improvement. Fortunately, my kiddos aren’t afraid of the dentist, but if they were and needed a special experience to ease their minds, I wouldn’t go here again. They aren’t nearly as friendly with kiddos as we found the Helena office to be. Mine dislike the fluoride treatments, and the Helena office is so good about easing their fears and involving them in their own dental health. They just take that extra 5 minutes to show them their x-rays, let them hold Mr. Slurpy, feel the rotation of the polisher on their finger so they won’t be scared of it, pick their toothpaste flavor, etc…which really makes a world of difference for my kiddos. They have little cups all ready in the room for the kids to rinse their mouths after getting the fluoride. This office they had cups but they weren’t offered even when I mentioned to the assistant that my kids usually rinse after getting it. The dentist was pleasant and my kids’ visits are usually pretty straightforward. I definitely missed Dr. Kevin’s friendly questions and Dr. Mari’s sweet book recommendations to my kiddos. They really work hard to form a relationship with their patients. My son was drinking from the sink and the dentist had to tell the assistant to give him a cup. Also the office smelled kind of gross like dirty carpets. I don’t know if it was just an old building or what, but we all noticed it and found it unpleasant. Again, not a bad experience by any means, and we will probably continue to go here unless we hear of a place that delivers exceptional and friendly service.
