In my many adult years This is my first time leaving a review. If Jamie Crosman were the only dentist in Montana I would go to Idaho! Her husband runs the office. When he saw my mouth drop open to the floor at the amount of the bill her told me that the price also included the follow up. I replied oh well that is good to hear cause she spent very little time. While it was a root canal it was a single root tooth with no additional issues or hardware for her to deal with. I have had cavities that required more (hands on drilling or attention). When I went back for the follow up which took even less time expecting to walk out without paying more, I was handed a bill for half as much as the one that took my breath away. What upset me SO SO SO much was the way the 2 of them responded to my confusion and outright question. They both outright ignored my question and just blabbed on as though I had said nothing. I am not a shy person but I was so taken aback and there was someone in the waiting room that I paid the bill and walked out. I could not care less about the actual money. I contacted them the morning I was already scheduled cleaning and left a voice message about the situation. He responded with more blah blah. During the appointment I even commented to Jamie that she spent more time explaining the prosedure to her assistant than the time she worked on me.This was my own experience all I will say further is buyer beware.

I'm not a big fan of dentists, with that said, I had a great experience!!!
I received great service from the moment that I walked in to the moment that I left. From the the reception desk, to the tech assistant to the dentist, herself.
If you are in need of a great dentist, I strongly suggest going to see Dr.Crossman !!!!!
