My hectic schedule makes it tough to plan ahead for many things especially dentist visits, yet the staff here always manages to get me in without any issue. Dr. Michelotti and hygienist Jenna M track my progress (or lack thereof!) with a sense of humor and even give me some freebie tooth brushes as thank you’s on the way out the door.

Dr. Schauer is -- hands down -- the best dentist I've ever seen! He squeezed me in for an emergency appointment and managed to turn a root canal into a total breeze. So many dentists have terrible bedside manner and make you feel bad about yourself, which in turn makes visits even harder. Yet even in the midst of a true dental emergency, Dr. Schauer treated me like a person, made me feel like I was normal, and calmly explained how we were going to solve this problem. My procedure was painless and he took his time getting everything right. I'm so thankful to him and his entire team for their excellent care! 5 Stars +++!

Dr. Schauer is my hero dentist!
He is the only dentist that has ever really understood my teeth & thier problems, worked on them patiently & professionally; and made it possible for me to even eat & smile confidently. Others only wanted to pull them out & be done with it; said my teeth were not worth saving. Not sure exactly how long ago that was, but it has been years, and I still have the teeth. Also, his assistant is awesome too; very kind, patient & professional. Same with all the staff; love them all!

I have received care from all 3 doctors and they are all professional and take time to answer questions and explain procedures. They have a very busy office, but if you have an emergency they are very good about seeing you promptly. I have had a lot of dental work over the years, and these doctors are by far the best.

Truly awful experience with Dr. Schauer. He needed to take care of three fillings for me - which I understand is my own fault, that's not the issue. I let him know both during the scheduling and before he began drilling that it is difficult to keep my mouth numb and that double nerves run in my family.
He numbed the area, but it wore off after he had drilled away all three areas, which meant he couldn't re-numb the area. By that point I was shaking a little, but still holding still; after all, he had a drill in my mouth. He hit my gum with the drill. Hard enough to make it bleed rather badly, and I flinched a little, but kept holding still as tears started falling down my face. He then started to hurry, since he realized I was in pain, but that made it worse, as he hit my lip. I've never even HEARD of a dentist hitting someone's lip with the drill. That was the edge of my pain tolerance and I jerked my head involuntarily out of his hands, causing the drill to bounce into the outside of my lip.
I'm NEVER going back. I couldn't even let him do the adjustments after that.

Decent care, but It’s virtually impossible to make an appointment with them. The receptionist is incredibly rude when you call to reschedule and they didn’t even try to reschedule me. Will be going somewhere else.
