I have been going here now for a few months and have nothing but great things to say. Excellent staff, very clean, and you can't beat the price. Very up beat and respectful staff like Tifani greet you as soon as you walk in, and great work done by Dr. Mike and his fellow Dentists and Assistants. Overall great business and would highly recommend.

I completely understand that there is restrictions due to Covid-19 but the office scheduled a filling for my son (scheduled it during the time Covid-19 was active) and yet not a single person from the office called to tell me it was cancelled. Found out it was cancelled after the 20 minute drive to town. Why staff employees if they aren’t doing their job reaching out to patients? If it wasn’t for the fact my whole family likes Dr. Mike, we would not be returning.

You walk in and all the receptionists are in the back room, they can't even be bothered to come to the desk to greet you, they just yell their questions from wherever they're sitting, if you're even acknowledged all. You can hear all of their personal conversations and gossip from the waiting room, and that's all before your appointment even starts. In the back, there's no patient privacy, you can hear every conversation in the place, including all the employees gossiping and complaining about other employees and OTHER PATIENTS, often done in the same little alcove you're in. Gotta love being treated like you're not even there!
Then one of my fillings was done incorrectly and left a large gap that is causing me a lot of pain, and they tell me it'll be 2 months before they can get me in to fix it! Not concerned at all with fixing their error.
I can't believe the unprofessionalism of this entire office, nor the awful and painful experiences they've put me through. Don't have a fear or hatred for dentists yet? This place will fix that for you.

Dr. Josh is a wonderful dentist!! He's very compassionate and caring! He refilled a prescription for me on a Sunday and I never expected him to go above and beyond. Great office!!! Love them!

I've cried 3 times in my adult life. Receiving my upper denture today is one of those 3. It was life changing to smile again and the confidence I slowly but surely lost over time immediately came back. Dr. Mike, Brianna and everyone else who had a hand in reviving the alpha male back in me, from the bottom of my heart thank you.

Comfort dental is an amazing dentist office. They take all insurances including Medicaid for kids and adults! The staff and dentists are very nice and super helpful. I had a great experience all around and would recommend this dentist office to anybody.

It left 4 messages and got no call backs to schedule an appointment, I again called and got a person & an appt. Too much talk between employees i.e.) a request for a bone saw by female dentist multiple times ( scary) ! My son went prior to me and refused to go back due to being cut on his face. ( He showed me scar after I went and had been taken there by his dad). I had no idea! The assistant kept asking dentist questions throughout my filling, ex rays. She was obviously being trained, then I was left with her for my cleaning, she did not know how to control the polisher or get enough polish on tooth and her hands were shaking. So much for the "Gold Plan"! Scary!!!!!! By the way my son is 9 and is now terrified of getting any dentistry done, SAD REVIEW!

Dr Mike is an excellent dentist and they take Medicaid so it's a win/win. Never had to wait long and they are pretty efficient. Would recommend.

A dentist typically elicits fear, pain or at the least, discomfort. Comfort Dental is the name and it's exactly what they aimed to provide for my wife who was diagnosed with anxiety and fibromyalgia. She's never been to the dentist before. Her pain and discomfort prohibit her for living a normal life and is exacerbated by confined spaces or mentally anticipated pain . During our visit not only did Dr. Josh exude patience, tolerance, expertise, kindness and empathy for her pain and state of mind(during a tooth removal procedure +plus 3 other visits) the entire procedure... He single handily introduced her to the possibility of true dental health via thoughtful, organized, and careful scheduling and planning for the future of her mouth. He developed this plan, carried out by his excellent support staff and tireless dental assistants who miraculously, attentively and with great care put her on the path of a 21st century of smile. The reviewers giving one star to this wondrously accommodating facility are most likely entitled elderly deviants who have no patience or desire to identify with a professional team of dedicated hard working health care providers who truly care about the well being of each and every scheduled or walk-in patient who comes in the door. Their commitment inspires confidence for returning clients (who are many and quite conversational in the clean, orderly, wall magazine stocked waiting room) . The office is open 12 hours a day which allows for a wide accommodation of lifestyle . If you're looking for a dentist who won't belittle you for not brushing or flossing...but who really wants to help make your life and mouth brighter, Comfort Dental is the pace where your mouth matters.

I do not recommend this office the staff is rude and even if you have an appointment you will wait & wait. The breaking point was a root cannel that we planned. Dr was helping too many walk in patients. We ended with a temprary filling not being able to get resceduled for weeks. We ended going to an amazing dentist that got us right away so mnay it was for the best.
