Livingston Dental was my dentist for 15- 20 years. My children's also. My son Aaron was seeing Dr Scott. Office personal decided since he missed an appointment they would no longer see him. I personally talked to Dr Scott about continuing to see him, in which he told me he would talk to "office" personnel and get back to me. No contact was ever made with me about this. The filling Dr Scott placed fell out 4 months after he filled it.That was 2 yrs ago. Aaron tried and tried to get back to dentist. He walked in today with emergency extraction of the tooth that the filling fell out of. They gave excuses of intake appointments but no immediate treatment for the infected tooth. I myself went to the office to dispute this and insist on care due to him because of his extreme pain. I was not happy but spoke bluntly after speaking to board of dentistry which said to insist on care for my son. Less than 1 hour I was served by papers by police to not return to Livingston Dental Care or I would be charged with trespass. i have no need to return!!! I now drive to Billings MT for dental care and have been for over a year because of the way the office staff treated both Aaron and I. Unfortunately Aaron does not have the same leisure.

I have went to Tony Frederickson since he started and I will not go anywhere else. I have driven as far as from Nevada (10 hours)just to go here. They are all kind, considerate, and compassionate. Great care done with absolutely NO pain.

Excellent care, Dr. Scott is very understanding about anxiety during visits and is open and honest about all aspects of treatment. This office will not tell you that you need five-thousand dollars of dental care that you actually don't need, can't soeak highly enough of all of the folks who work there.

I need a simple extraction done and nobody is willing to do it there because I have Medicare and I've been waiting a month to get into the dental surgeon who is another month out. I'm in extreme pain and they couldn't care less. Also the staff is rude and uncaring about situations like the teeth that they fixed broke and they refused to fix it without an intake then another seperate appointment even though I had been in pain that they were fully aware of and as it was work they did they are obligated to fix in an emergency situation. They are trash and nobody should use them unless you want to be treated by dr Scott or as I refer to him "human garbage" has no sympathy for others in severe pain.
