Yerger Family Dental

Love this place! They do so well with all of my children.. my only complaint is after Covid they don't have toys or colors for the other kids to do while they wait for their siblings to get their teeth worked on. I'd like to see something more in the waiting room. Or maybe a playground outside would be cool 😎. This place still deserves 5 stars because their care team is phenomenal 💙.

I don't remember the name of the dental hygienist but I got a thorough mom shaming and after making them aware of the situation they simply said they wouldn't schedule me with that hygienist. I can tell making someone feel bad and shaming them does NOT make them want to go back to the dentist- I avoided filling a cavity because I was so ashamed in front of my kids and it took everything I had to hold it together to get out the office without crying. I wanted to let a couple months pass before I wrote a review or even made a decision to go back or not. I have decided to change dental offices because that was pretty horrible I have made the office aware of the situation twice and not to much of a response other than sorry we wont schedule you with that hygienist. I feel like if I'm paying a couple hundreds dollars every six months the least the could of done is gave me a little respect as a person, customer, and mom. So if you have any dental issues or your kids have some trouble flossing every single day this place probably is NOT for you and yes I have been more on top of my kids flossing and there was a better way to handle this hole situation (they were flossing but not quite every day).

A very clean, and welcoming environment. The staff are all very nice and meet all your concerns in a way that makes you feel comfortable.

I recently scheduled a dental visit for my daughter, a first time patient at Yerger dental. The staff was extremely helpful, going above and beyond to help me coordinate the appointment. I live in Atlanta GA, my kids live in Broadus, MT, making the scheduling of appointments for any doctor visit challenging. The staff at Yerger went above and beyond to help me line up the dental appointment to coincide with my trip to Montana along with a a separate appointment for my daughter in Miles City on the same day. I am so grateful to Yerger dental. Thank you for truly going above and beyond. Your kindness and care for your patients shines.

The staff and service are absolutely amazing. We go for regular cleanings and my kids feel so comfortable here. We had an emergency with one of my kids and all of the staff was fantastic and extremely accommodating.

Wow - best dentist experience I have ever had. Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist was professional, polite, efficient, and conscientious. The dental work was great, but you can also tell that the organization focuses on the entire customer experience. If you are looking for a new dentist, this is it. I can't imagine having a better experience elsewhere.

The whole staff at Yerger Family Dental are wonderful! They are always accommodating when it comes to getting me in quickly. I had extensive work done with my front teeth and they did a beautiful job! They are friendly and always greet me with a smile. I highly recommend this office for any or all of your dental work!

I have used Dr. Yerger for many years. However, my treatment yesterday was unsatisfactory. When I called this morning to call about my experience, I was basically told that I was wrong to complain. I will be finding another dentist from here on out. I was handed a piece of paper and just told how much I would need to pay, not what was needed for my daughter and i was not given anything for myself at all.
