My husband had a painful tooth extraction. They sent him home with absolutely no pain management. We contacted them that night and obviously they couldn’t do anything until the morning. Something should have been sent to the pharmacy, a dental sedative of literally any kind would have been appropriate. It’s shocking and scary to think someone can have a major tooth extraction and just be sent home in severe pain, like no big deal. My husband was in the worst pain I’d ever seen, he lost sleep, and he was crying. Me and my family are changing to a different dentist. We won’t step foot back into Bird Dentistry. It’s scary and unsettling to think if we have another emergency, or even scheduled dental procedure for that matter, it will be treated the same way, with absolutely no pain management or after care.This was a horrifying experience that we have no desire to repeat. And we absolutely do not recommend them for any dental procedures.

The staff is super nice, BUT..... I have had nothing but problems with all the work they did on me so far!!! Not very happy with the job Dr. Star did on my fillings.... My back tooth has a jagged edge. It also has a rather large Gap between the tooth and gum.... Staff is nice, bang up job trying to fix my teeth. Transferred to a different dentist and will not be taking my kids there .

Just had some old caps removed and replaced with new ones by Dr. Bird and his staff. I could not have asked for anything better!! They did a superb job and my teeth look fabulous. A+ for Dr. Bird, his staff, and the dental lab that does his work.

I was very impressed while at the clinic today. A particular song began to play on the speaker music. I overheard Dr. Bird asking a staff nember to change the song. He had youngster in and felt it inappropriate. So caring and thoughtful of others. The whole staff is this way. I'm pleased to have been his patient for over 5 years. Great job !!

When I wrote down the wrong time for my appointment, the front desk staff went above and beyond and got me the appointment time that I originally wanted and would work for me. My hygienist is very thorough and I always leave feeling like my teeth are very clean.
