Dr. Matthews and his team go above and beyond what is expected of a dental team. They believe in being on the cutting edge of dentistry as well as providing the best possible care for their patients. This is probably the best dentist I've ever been to. I needed a cleaning, whitening, & impressions for whitening trays & a mouth gaurd, & they got it all done on the same day in about 2 hours. The even make their whitening trays/mouth guards in-house so you have them to take home the same day instead of sending them off so you have to wait & then go back & pick them up. Everyone was super nice & friendly & their facilities were great as well. 10/10 would recommend.

The ladies took great care of me. I had an appointment to have a problem tooth checked out and I was in and out within 20 minutes. They also called me within a couple hours with a care plan and to schedule an appointment. I am satisfied with my service and will definitely be back.

I have dentures, that I were made for me at Big Sky Smile Center. I had problems with a sore spot that my dentures seemed to be making worse. I wasn't able to get to town to see them for several days, by then the spot had pretty much healed up. But I still wanted to visit with them about what they felt might of caused it. They were very thorough, listened to my concerns and told me that it seemed to have cleared up, BUT if it happened again to come right in. They went as far as walking me to the receptionist and letting her know if I called to get me right in. I feel very fortunate to have them as my dental office, the staff is wonderful!

This was one of the best dental experiences I have had. The dentist pulled three teeth and she did a superior Job. My mouth is healing quickly and I haven't had any pain that Tylenol and ibuprofen couldn't fix.
