Review of Twin Bridges Dental

Twin Bridges Dental is a dentist located in the small town of Twin Bridges, Montana. The office is situated on Main Street, making it easily accessible for locals and visitors alike. The primary category of the business is dentistry, and the office is open for business during regular business hours.

The reviews for Twin Bridges Dental are mixed, with some customers having positive experiences and others having negative ones. One customer raves about the kindness and easy-going nature of Dr. Nikkels, the dentist who runs the practice. They also appreciate her honesty and ethical approach to dentistry, which they say is hard to find. This customer left the office feeling happy and confident in their dental health.

However, another customer had a very different experience. They had a broken tooth and received a crown from Dr. Nikkels, but experienced pain and discomfort afterwards. They also had issues with the fit of the crown and had to have it removed and replaced. This customer says they experienced tooth pain for over six months and are dreading having to have the crown removed again.

Other customers had more neutral experiences, with one describing the office as "pleasant" and another saying that they were numbed well during a procedure but had issues with a temporary filling falling out.

Overall, Twin Bridges Dental seems to have a mixed reputation. While some customers have had positive experiences with Dr. Nikkels and her team, others have had issues with the quality of care they received. It's important for potential patients to do their own research and make an informed decision about whether or not this dentist is right for them.

Excellent Dentist Honest Knowledgeable Easy Going Great Bedside Manner Helpful

Wow!! Dr. Nikkels and her office were a gem to find in this small town! Coming initially from a big city, and having moved around a lot on this adventure called life, I have worked with with many dentists through the years. I really value my smile and the health of my teeth, and have found through life that an excellent, honest, ethical dentist is hard to find. Looking back, while I have met two great ones (WA and NV,) I can honestly say Dr. Nikkels has been my favorite. From her kind and easy going bedside manner, to her immense knowledge that she shared when I asked questions, to her honesty which was illustrated during the exam and cleaning regarding the health of my teeth, I left her office with a huge smile on my face. She also provided me information on ways I could continue to maintain and improve my dental health, keeping my smile great for years to come, and as a perfectionist, I appreciated this!

There is nothing I can stand more than going to a dentist, being told that I suddenly have five cavities, and when I go for a second opinion NONE are found. 8 months later, Dr Nikkels would have been the third opinion (with plenty of time for those cavities to worsen!) and, alas, zero were found.

It is a gift to find a dentist who doesn’t subscribe to the β€œdrill, fill, and bill” model of dentistry, and who also is a genuinely nice person at that. I hope that Dr. Nikkels will be my dentist for years to come!

Dental Procedure Painful Experience Untrained Assistant

I had a broken tooth. Initially everything was fine. After the crown was in place I had pain. She said it was the glue. Removing the crown was very painful for the second crown she had an untrained assistant take mold. The second crown was put on over my gum and it fell off. When she put it back on it didn't cover right. Over 6 month of tooth pain and now it is hurting again. I'm dreading having the non fitting crown removed and a correct one put on.

Poor Quality Bad Experience Painful

Was nice while I was there, and really numb my mouth good during procedure, however I got a temporary filling in on thursday about 930am and was told it'd last a while, it's 630 am Tuesday morning and the filling fell put while I was eating a muffin! My mouth has been so sore and and hurting I've been afraid to chew on it, I felt a blister coming up on inside of my check by the filling tooth, now I know why! I won't go back!

Poor Experience Expensive Unprofessional Behavior Rip-off

Very poor experience, candy bowls all over waiting room, they take your picture before you get checked out. The dentist prescribed antibiotics then told me she could pull my tooth the next morning (sound fishy?). It was over a hundred dollars for an x-ray, then it was going to be an additional $350 just to pull a normal tooth. She chased me out of her office telling me that if i don't come back my face would swell up huge, she also told me only half the people come back. I would think this would tell her something. She cursed repeatedly used the middle finger and hugged me after insulting my husband on the way out. It was obvious that they were trying to rip me off. Don't waist your money, I usually go to Dr. Orme in Dillon. He has done x-rays and pulled a tooth in one visit all for under $200, he was just busy so I decided to try elsewhere, bad mistake.
