The Dr was very friendly and extremely helpful!
I will definitely return to this location!🦋 The Dr explained everything he was going to do and showed me me exrays of what was going on with my teeth! He was very thorough!💕

We started at Superior Dental because we needed a dentist in town; we stayed because Superior Dental staff make us feel safe and welcome. The staff are all professional and passionate people. We've had great experiences with all the dental hygienists, dentists, and receptionist. Whether it is for a routine cleaning or a dental emergency, the staff has always been supportive and caring, available, and extremely effective. We love Superior Dental in Blair!

I had a fantastic experience with my very first encounter with the practice and staff. I had called and left a message on a Friday to request an examination and x-rays. I needed it ASAP. They called me back on a SUNDAY, and offered to see me THE FOLLOWING DAY!!! When I was there they treated me wonderfully, and I was seen right away. From the front desk, to the dental hygienist, to the dentist himself, everyone was very friendly and professional. I definitely recommend Superior Dental to my friends and relatives living anywhere they have a practice near them.

Amazing experience with seeing Dr . Lewis today. Everyone was so pleasant to me , and Dr. Lewis helped get my teeth corrected , due to a previous bad dental experience! I was very happy with my whole experience at Blair Dental!

Got fed up with my old dentist as it seemed I could never get the care I needed and they were judge mental. I called superior dental in Blair and had an appointment not only the same say , but within an hour! I have an exam and an extraction they came up with a plan and spoke with my insurance so fast! Due to my own fault “smoking like a dummy” I was left with a dry socket. I called and was in within a half hour and got it taken care of and it feels soooo good not to hurt! I cannot recommend this place enough they are kind, friendly, and so efficient! Love love love

We've been going here for more than a year, and just got my 2 and 4 year olds in for their first visits ever to a dentist. Ashton was incredibly upbeat and patient with a million questions from my 4 year old, but still efficient and thorough. The dentist talked to them about good habits, reinforcing mom's direction at home.
For me, I feel like my comfort is a priority, and my time is valued. My appointments have always been on time.

Dr. Lewis said that IF A PATIENT IS IN PAIN, HE WILL STAY PAST 5 TO GET THEM OUT OF PAIN. That may not be verbatim but boy it’s close. I’d been in pain, excruciating pain, for so long, and he and Kate made jokes, had fun, lightened the mood, eliminated the pain and absolutely resolved my pain in the best way possible!!!! It most likely wasn’t his favorite task of the day, but they made me feel like I was a valued portion of my procedure plan, which had not been the case previously, IF I remember correctly & this went so much smoother!!!!
Btw, Kate was an absolute dream! One of those people, we both agreed that God puts people in our lives for a reason! And thank you God! With the pandemic, this was a reconnection for me, which I desperately needed! I am grateful!
Alli, up front, so bubbly BUT NOT FAKE, I couldn’t wait to meet, having spoken to her on the phone several times! I have difficulty filling out forms on line, so calls happen! So very pleasant in person! Their COVID procedure is so routine and well practiced, it’s like second nature! And when washing your hands, THEY ACTUALLY HAVE HOT WATER!!!!
After relieving my pain, Kate walked me out to Natalie, up front, in order to finish up my appointment & prepare for my next in two days!
I’d actually stopped in here many months back! Not sure if they were just starting their Blair office OR PERHAPS having a “grass roots” “????” employee consult?!?!
No clue, but they let me in, not realizing what was going on!

IF IN DOUBT, ALWAYS SAY A PRAYER AND CHECK IT OUT! I’m blessed to have found SUPERIOR DENTAL HEALTH!!!! That may sound odd, but my fear from the past & reluctance had gotten me to this painful point, so I am blessed! Very!

Also, the area the office sits in, the energy is FANTASTIC AND CALM! True, I’m sure the good energy vibes ooze out of the Holistic Health place to their west in the same parking lot (❤️❤️❤️❤️) but simply the earth’s energy all around that area is calm.

This place is absolutely awesome! As a new patient to the Blair office, I received a gift when I arrived for my appointment. Then about 2 weeks later, I received a thank you in the mail with a gift card in it. I have never had such personalized service. Ashton, my hygienist, even let me pick a Pandora station to listen to during my appoint! I will never go anywhere else!! Everyone is so welcoming and super nice!

Hygienist and Dentist great! Under new ownership, Dr Lewis. He is very friendly and explains everything as did Ashton the Hygienist. I normally stay away from the Dentist Office but with professional and friendly staff I look forward to follow-on treatments. COVID safe environment too!

Last year (Nov/Dec) I had a cavity filled on a tooth. The tooth was not causing me pain prior to the filling but that’s why we have the filling to prevent anymore decay. In the following weeks I started to notice pain. It started out dull but grew with intensity. Over the weeks I had several appointments were my tooth was examined before they decided a root canal was needed. Between April and May of this year I had the root canal, temporary crown, and permanent crown done. I asked if dull pain was normal when they were placing my permanent crown. They told me it was normal and would go away. It is now September. I have maxed out my $2000 yearly dental benefits and a credit card. Not to mention I’ve been making payments to them to pay off the rest of the bill that wasn’t covered by my benefits or credit card. My tooth is still in pain. The staff there are nice people but the operator I spoke with today was rude and snippy. I was pissed and ranting but if I was rude and snippy to a customer like her I would be at risk or losing my job. And she also tried to tell me I only used 1200 of my dental benefits. I have an app and constantly check my benefits. Nope maxed out lady! I even called my insurance who told me that I have used all of my 2018 benefits. I’m not sure what she was reading but obviously she is not doing her job right. So due to all of this they are lucky I’m giving them 2 stars.
