My daughter had an appointment at 3:30. Twenty minute wait in the reception area, another 20 minutes for the dentist to come in and numb her. I understand the wait for the numbing medication to take effect but it was literally an HOUR AND 20 minutes after her appointment time that the procedure began. Not once were we offered an explanation or apology for their lateness. Finally, at 6 pm we left the building . At her previous appointment they gave her 600 mg of Ibuprofen even though I had written in her paper work and told the staff that she cannot take it. When I brought it to their attention that again, she is not to have Ibuprofen, the assistant said "Oh yes, I see that right there. Did we give her some?" I said "yes, at her last appointment." Her response was , "Well...did she get sick or anything?????" Um, yes she did. The assistant then said "Well, there's a slight difference between Ibuprofen and Motrin". Really? Yeah the name. Motrin is a brand name that contains IBUPROFEN. What a joke.
