$30 finance charge on $21 bill.

At my scheduled checkup I mentioned that I was having occasional tooth pain in one of my teeth. Dr. Jensen said there was a hairline crack in the tooth and pushed for me to have a crown placed on it. After getting the crown I had more pain in the tooth than I’d had before. I had to return to their office 3 times to have it adjusted and I was told that the adjustments were free. Months later we received a bill with my wife’s name on it that showed a late charge. I couldn’t figure out what we were being charged for, and I assumed they had made a mistake. When I later called to ask about the bill, I was told that the bill was for $21 that the insurance didn’t cover for the crown AND that I now owed $51 dollars because of finance charges. I would have happily paid the $21 bill when I was in their office to have the crown adjusted but no one mentioned that I had a balance on my account. They refused to drop the finance charge and I had to pay a $30 finance charge on $21 bill. I honestly have never written a negative review of a business before, but I will never go back to their office.

I was a patient at Eagle Dental for quite a few years. I chipped an existing filling on a molar and the dentist convinced me that I needed to have a crown placed rather than replacing the filling. The fit of the crown and my bite have not felt the same since placement. I revisited a few times in an attempt to have the dentist adjust the bite and the last time the dentist appeared frustrated with me. At that time, I made the choice to switch dental offices. I requested my records be sent to the new dentist and they were never sent. Overall the dental staff was very kind and caring. I was happy with my care until the placement of the crown.

Loyal customer for 15 years and since Dr. Hendrickson retired we have had multiple Billings that just didn’t seem right, the current dentist has been rude and very pushy on us needing crowns. We were even told one time he had time for filling. Then was told he would only do it if he could complete filling with a crown. Will be finding new provider.

I had gone to Eahle dental since before it was Eagle dental and Dr. Hendrickson was great, and would be 5 starrs, but since he has retired the quality of care has diminished. They are very pushy about the "extra" products they try and sell, to the point of making you feel guilty when you tell them you aren't interested. The bigger deal for me is that I was told I needed two crowns and they wanted to do them back to back. I was told that if I didn't take care of this problem my teeth were going to have serious damage. I couldn't afford to do both at the same time so I elected to take care of the the more pressing tooth. I since have sought a new doctor. I was informed that my teeth are 100% perfectly fine and that I have no reason for a crown on the second tooth. When I asked for previous records to be sent to my new doctor I was given the run around and was never given my own records. All of my extended family had gone to eagle dental for over 25 years, we all have experienced a lack of care and have all switched providers.

What an awesome dentist office!! From the time I check in, to the time I leave, I'm informed of everything from insurance to when my next appointment is. Dr. Jensen and Veronica are very courteous, knowledgable, and efficient. I highly recommend the Eagle Dental team!

Very judge mental people. My teeth aren’t bad, yes cavities, yes I love soda and coffee, just fix my teeth and don’t tell me what I need to do or I need to stop or continue to lecture every dentist appointment.

Very well done!!! Very good quality and fast.

Had to take my brother on an emergency run to the dentist. Receptionist said they weren't open but that they took pride in their work and hated to see someone in pain.

The speech was good not the service.
