This place does not even deserve any star. There is age discrimination here. They take 5 years old and 20 years old. Go somewhere else .

I started going to this office after I meet my husband. Went their for a number of years. The front office staff and Dr Sara were always very nice to us. But Dr Gregg did not have a good bed side mannor. To the point I requested not to be put on his schedule again. Well things come up and I didn't have a choice but to see him.

That last time was the final straw. He treated me so poorly I was about in tears. My husband and I have not gone back since.

They have taken great care of me and my daughter for many years. They do excellent work. I don't cringe going to the dentist like I used too. They have been accommodating to my schedule and make it work for me. They take time to get to know you and your family members. I appreciate them!

My son saw Dr Bloome for a emergency visit today. Total waste of time. My son is autistic and they were rude to him. They weren’t kind or gentle at all. He’s 5. They knew he was 5 and still agreed to see him. The dentist was extremely rude and told me I needed to visit a pediatric dentist if my son had pain otherwise it was fine and his tooth wasn’t infected. He also told me we didn’t have insurance we had assistance 🙄 We went to a pediatric dentist and my son needed emergency surgery for an abscess! Super unprofessional and a waste of time. I do not recommend this dentist office to anyone! People on Medicaid deserve to be treated respectful as well! I’m glad I went with my mom gut and took my son for another opinion! I canceled my other Children’s appointments and switched them to a qualified professional dentist!

My previous dentist left the practice, and then the rest of the office stopped taking my insurance all together. I was happy to learn that Blome took new patients with my type of coverage. Dr. Sara is very nice and so is everyone on the staff. I just recently had my two boys discontinued from care because we rescheduled an appointment, and then accidentally missed the other one because we were made to leave our apartment abruptly and forgot about a lot of things amidst the chaos. I explained this to the business manager, and he checked with the doctor, but she refused to continue their care. It's ok though. Every time I took them there, we had to wait at least an hour or more, so we always planned for about 2 hours plus for anything; even a cleaning. Not to mention, I only personally met the doctor and spoke with her regarding my son's treatment and care face to face ONCE. I was never allowed back with them during visits, and when they came out, a Hygienist or Assistant would tell me what she said and the plan of care, even if they needed a procedure.
I am going to be bringing my boys to Dr. Sara at Blome and I am so relieved, and hoping it will be a much better and less tense environment. I am mailing my records release to the old dentist tomorrow, so hopefully I will be able to get them both in to meet you soon!

Horrible! I removed my family from their care. They dont send out reminders for cleanings, they don't even schedule you after your appointment. I went from june 2018 to june 2019 with no contact. I had to call about the cleaning I never heard back from them about. My last appointment was then. I was told to get urgent dental care for a tooth, then went to another and was told its nothing. Tried to get my kids in, but they wont take them. They are not good! I recommend going to anyone hut them!

First of all. The lady at the front desk (I cannot remember her name) made me cry, the first time I went. Also. I recently went in for a tooth ache and they told me That I had zero inflammation and zero cavities and told me it was just allergies. Today, I went to my old family dentistry, and they said my gums are inflamed and red. I also have 3 cavities. One of which, is on the same tooth that Blome Dentistry supposedly filled.

My family and I are long time patients. You are remembered and well taken care of. We have never been rushed and procedures are thoroughly explained. My kids never feared "going to the dentist" and have enjoyed Dr. Blomes friendly open and gentle manner over the years.

When you hear things like “Don’t ever go to that jerk!” And when the phrase “He is so rude” comes up literally dozens of times from the general public when you’re asking around about finding a good dentist, I think this place deserves a minus star rating. I mean, that many people can’t be wrong. I could not believe how many times I heard Worst dentist ever! And from the looks of these reviews I don’t think anyone I spoke with was lying. No one got around to telling me about the quality of his work but I don’t care how good it is. I’d be too afraid to go there!

It’s not that it’s the facility because I actually didn’t mind the workers in the front office they’re very helpful and polite. But that Dr. Greg is really rude and he spoke and treated me like I was five year old child twice . I was trying to work with him but he made me really uncomfortable how he treated me. If he would’ve asked me in a nicely manor I would’ve done things he asked but he was very rude to me two times I came in there. Your dental assistant is nice but that man not so much. I don’t know what his problem is but I hope he doesn’t speak to his other clients like that or treat that like children. Because nobody’s going to want to work with that
