My first appointment with Dr Haag was genuinely the best Dental appointment I’ve ever been to. Everyone was kind and went out of their way to make me comfortable and even soothe me when I was a bit emotional about the visit. The staff were all great. The environment was calming. I would, hands down, highly recommend her.

Great facility and amazing staff! Always make you feel welcome and exciting for my kiddos! My son has always been kind of shy at the dentist but here the staff is kind and friendly, making the experience enjoyable for him! Our insurance is now out of network here and still chose to stay here because my kids love it! Makes going to the dentist easy!

It’s hard to believe, but I actually look forward to my dental appointments with Southwest Nebraska Dental Clinic. Everyone who works there is friendly and seems to “go the extra mile”. My dental hygienist, Shelby, always does a great job—thorough, but gentle. I know I’m in good hands!!

I was a first-time patient today and couldn’t have been more pleased. My hygienist was very communicative and thorough but also quick and efficient. The decor and general atmosphere were pleasant and well-maintained. I had a very short wait even though I arrived early, and the receptionist was friendly and efficient as well. I have no doubts or concerns about the care I received.

It is unfortunate that we did not have a positive experience with this dental office. After my initial experience, I was told the areas of concern what their fees were. I gave them my insurance card and the Payment coordinator came back after a substantial wait and presented me with a new electronic fee schedule. I was told how much I would pay and I agreed. I paid for my work done that day. I returned a few weeks later to have additional work done. I paid for that work done the day of service. To my surprise, a few weeks later, I received a bill for $300 dollars. Their only rebuttal was the amount I was presented was an estimate and to know for sure they would have to verify benefits. I assumed during the SUBSTANTIAL wait I incurred during the initial visit, that was what they were doing.
To make matters worse, I've had terrible sensitivity ever since having my fillings. I returned to the office. She said it would just take time and trimmed down the fillings, assuming it was an alignment issue.
Its been 2 months now and I was still having sensitivity. I went to see another Dentist last week. He said the filling wasn't properly filled. So all this time and money was for nothing. I'm out $720 and I still need to have the filling fixed.

I really liked going to this place. Really nice atmosphere. Friendly people. They explain everything they are going to do in good detail.

My time at my dental appt was an excellent experience...everyone so pleasant & helpful..i felt they all were there to help me from start to finish..
