I highly recommend this dental office. Dr. Kellie was amazing. I have super high anxiety when it comes to dental offices and I was made to feel super at ease. I went in one day for extreme tooth pain and it wasn't getting better and within a couple days I was back in and she removed the problem tooth pain free! I will definitely be going back for future dental care! Great staff as well!

I think Phelps Family Dentistry is the best dental office. I no longer avoid going to the dentist and my kids don't mind going either. I hear lots of kids say they hate going to the dentist but my kids are not like that. I feel this is a result of how comfortable they make everyone feel. They are very good at fitting us into their schedule if we need to be seen and making it a good experience for all of us.

If I could rate with negative stars, I would. Wow. By far the most horrible experience I have ever had in a dental office. Dr. Phelps was very rude and arrogant and when I mentioned I see another dentist, she was hardly interested in giving me any consultation on my teeth. She didn't care about anything I had to say or the rest of the staff for that matter. I had to pry information from them about their services before deciding to give up and leave. Very Unprofessional!

One of the best dentist offices we have been to. They pay attention and if you have a phobia of the dental office like I do they really strive to make you as comfortable as possible. We sadly relocated to Kearney and I'm not happy with the dentist there. When my son is a little older we plan on making the drive to North Platte so he grows up with a good dental experience unlike my husband and I who didn't get that privilage.
