First, the office staff has been nothing but friendly and courteous. This, along with Dr. Dean's skill, really alleviates the anxiety associated with dental visits.
Second, at no point has Dr. Dean or his staff been pushy with procedures. I feel I'm given all my treatment choices and allowed to choose my treatment based on whatever reason I see fit, should I have a preference.
Third, my comfort level is a priority. Dr. Dean has always made sure my mouth is numb, sometimes almost half my face, but I have never felt he was trying to cut corners, just my teeth. Then again, I don't actually feel that because my mouth is numb.
I've finally found a dentist that is delightful. That's why it should be named 4D Dental.
