The frustrating thing is having your appointments moved to different times and later dates without being informed about it. Its sad to say this happened twice in this same location. The first time no one knew who had moved my appointment and the nice lady explained it wont happen again. The second time, again nobody knew who moved the appointment and the doctor had left for the day not to mention i had arrived within minutes of my scheduled time. Not the most friendly customer service this time, tried to reschedule me for a third time ... thanks but no thanks.

I've always had positive experiences at this office, which is why I refer them to everyone I know! I have sensitive teeth and the hygienists are cognizant of that while cleaning my teeth, so it's not a painful experience. Can't say enough positive things!

I am allergic to Lidacaine and Dr. Parra said he would note it in my chart so it will come up automatically so everyone who can see my chart will see it. Well when I had a root canal and the doctor (not Parra) gave me my shot. After I asked if that had lidacaine in it and he said yes. I said I was allergic and that Dr. Parra said he was going to note it on my chart. Well he didn't and I paid dearly for it. Needless to say when I was done with root canal and crown I told them I will not be back and that I couldn't believe the Dr. wouldn't note my chart. They had no excuse and not even an apology. I would be leary of going to Dr. Parra.

I was referred to this dentist for my daughter to get some work done and they didnt do anything. They then referred me to another place in Lincoln far away when there is other places closer. When I called they didnt even have me in their records. I just wasted my time calling and going around town. I wanted another opinion and when they were asked to give out her records all they did was say she was anxious and all.
