I have anxiety when it comes to the dentist and I haven’t been in a very long time, I explained this to the hygienist and she never took this into account and never explained at all what she was doing or what was coming next. So naturally, I had questions and when I asked my questions regarding what was coming next or what I was supposed to do, she was condescending and extremely rude to me. She confronted me and made me feel attacked saying that it was my fault because I came in with a negative attitude. Then refused to clean my teeth saying I would need to reschedule. After about 20 minutes of just sitting in a chair she came back in and said the dentist wanted her to measure my gums. I had calmed down and let her do her job, then she preceded to tell me she was scheduled to see my oldest son next. I told her that was fine, that I was not worried that she would harm my son, she went off on me again for saying the word “harm.” I ended up in tears. Please do not go to this clinic. There are other Summit Dental clinics in this city and I encourage you to explore other options. I was asked by another staff member what happened and found out this is an ongoing issue with this particular employee. I definitely will never visit this clinic again and will be taking my children and myself somewhere else.

I was greeted immediately by the staff & seen within 5 minutes of arriving for my appointment. Dr. Davis & his staff were very professional & all of my dental needs were met. I was very pleased with my visit! He also made sure that I was comfortable throughout my visit!!

I have been a loyal patient of this dental office on 53rd and Center Street for many years. I am always pleased by the friendliness and competence of the staff. The facility is immaculate and comfortable. I adore Dr Davis. I’ve been seeing him since I moved to Omaha. He treated me through a series of dental issues that arose a few years ago with gentleness and grace. He plays great music while he’s there and often sings along while he’s working. My teeth are back to healthy now, and I look forward to seeing him every time I go for a checkup. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

The people at Summit on Center Street are so kind and helpful. Dr. Davis has been my dentist for over 10 years. I won't see any other dentist until he retires and gives me a recommendation. Love this place.

Set an appointment and they will follow up 6+ times to confirm. I find that rather annoying. They also canceled my last appointment the day before for no reason

Made my appointment months in advance went in today finally to have a tooth pulled and the lady tells me she gave me appointment to someone else and ask why I was there. To top it off they had me down as a cleaning so she tells me they wouldn’t have been able to pull my tooth either way. If I could give 0 stars I would

After making a appointment after my last one, I get there and they let me know I’m a week early. Hopefully insurance will pay, as appointment times are hard to get. I had bought teeth whitening for life and they would not give it to be as said back in 2019 I was not seen every 6 months, have gotten it since then. If you need to reschedule they say they are very short staffed so will be 6 months out.

Great dentist and great staff, Mariah my dental hygienist is awesome always so friendly and does a great job. She’s the reason I haven’t moved dentist even tho I moved across town.

Normally things are fine, but I had an infection in my tooth that was extremely painful. They did an x Ray to confirm . I scheduled a root canal for Thursday, today is Monday. I told them that the ibuprofen,Tylenol thing wouldn’t work on this because I’ve experienced it before. Dr’s and Dentists can’t control my pain, which means I can’t sleep. Then I mess up at work. It’s a total mess. So I sit here in pain and you ask me how you did . It’s not ethical to leave someone like this. You fail !
