I’ve been waiting to ask about an implant that has been needed for 2years! Dr Schnopener(sp?) was absolutely wonderful!!! So very kind and patient with my questions and concerns and he gave me important information that I had never heard from previous dentists!!! He helped me get a plan in place and in motion and I can’t rave enough about how excited I am to get my smile back!!! Everyone in the office was so friendly and caring ♥️

I drive 25 minutes just to visit this dentist! I’m notorious for always going to different dental hygienists here, but every single one has been amazing!! Kind and gentle.
I visit Dr. Schoeppner and he is awesome!! I grew up with the same dentist so when he retired, I was really nervous finding a new one and once I found Dr. Schoeppner, I cannot imagine going to anyone else.

The dentists and hygienists are fine. I just wish their system didn't spam my voicemail, inbox, and email mercilessly. I've asked about it but they are unwilling or unable to call it off. BTW it was their system that spammed me into leaving this review too.

So what's worse. My dentist drilled into the skin under my tongue accidentally. He had finished using an instrument and had it just sitting in my mouth while he looked at his progress. I felt it bump, then he didn't realize he was doing it even though I cried out and I finally grabbed his hand a pulled it out of my mouth. Then after I get a second to breathe, he looks and the wound and starts explaining how it isn't his fault, that sometimes happens. But he is sorry it happened to me. I have to stay calm as he is still working on my fillings and I have to let him finish. After he finishes, he gives me another appology and repeats that it is no one's fault. Then he offers me a prescription. That I have to pay for. To help heal a wound he caused. I'm not sure if I'm more mad that he wouldn't just say he messed up, or that he offered me a prescription that would cost me more money.
I usually have a great experience here. I love my usual hygienist. I don't usually deal with the dentists and they have more than one. When I have seen a dentist, they have been great. This is my first bad experience. I don't even know that dentist's name. He was talking about the super bowl and got careless. It isn't a big deal. It hurt like hell, but will heal in a week or so. He told me what I already knew, that it would hurt bad for a week, I'm guessing like biting your cheek.
It was the insulting talk after that about how it just happens like I wasn't there when it happened that pissed me off. I drive a truck, I'm responsible for the machinery I operate. Him acting like he isn't resposible for his tools and damage they may cause while in his hand was flat ridiculous.

They are great there and they are listen to you and work out on how you can get your teeth done and everything else. I hate going to the dentist but this one is great to go too. They have great employees that work there and they are friendly to you and talk to you and they explain to you what going to happen.I high recommend them..

I’ve avoided the dentist for as long as possible. I called 13 places in desperate need of a few extractions due to broken infected teeth. I have SEVERE anxiety (don’t even wanna leave the house kinda anxiety). The staff and Dr Schoeppner were so incredibly nice and calm and put me at ease. They didn’t rush me. They wanted to hear all my concerns first. Definitely will be coming back!!
