This Family dentistry far exceeded the experience I was hoping to have this morning. It was my first time going here and I will absolutely be going back! They handled all things with the insurance company like a breeze seeming very familiar with the process making things super easygor me. Which I more than appreciated with just getting insurance recently.
A nice office, an extremely comfortable environment, I worked with 3 women and they were all fantastic, geniune, and also got me right in there schedule for my next appointment.

Dr. Laura is a sweet and kind dentist and I’ve enjoyed her as a dentist but unfortunately her staff up front and billing department lacks. I was told multiple times that my insurance was ran and verified and that my services would be covered. I then was slapped with over a thousand dollar bill and their excuse that that they assumed it was covered bc they’re in network but then realized they messed up when they sent the bill and it got denied due to them not being in my insurances network. They basically backed me into a corner and I had to pay it or it would be turned into collections. I feel lied to and taken advantage of and will not be back.

I have been going to Whispering Ridge Family Dentistry for at least 15 years. Way before Dr. Laura purchased the practice. I enjoy the professionalism and the cheerful attitude I have always been greeted with. I have recently met the other DDS in the practice and he also was a pleasure to deal with.
I normally don't have a lot of dentist work that needs to be done, mostly annual cleanings with the occasional cavity. Recently I broke out an old cavity and they got me in within 2 hours of my phone call. I called at 730 am on Monday and was walking out with a temporary crown about 1130. Cant ask for better then that.

When I started going to Dr. Brian my teeth were in pretty sore shape. Both figuratively and actually! I needed help right away with an abscessed tooth and he was able to get me fixed up. Over time we got my teeth to the point where just the regular cleanings are all I need now. I've been going to Dr. Brian for 10 years now and I couldn't be happier. It's worth my drive for the gentle and respectful care that I receive. I've had great anxiety about going to the dentist before and I don't feel that when I go to Whispering Ridge!

I've been coming here for the last 3 years or so. I love them! Their an amazing team! I love my hygienist Bri and Dr. Brian! I went from hating going to the dentist to looking forward to it. Kind, gentle and respectful of my time. Pretty much painless work done on my mouth each time. I'm sad to have to leave due to my husband and I moving out of the state but I'd come back in heart beat if we ever move back.
