Best dentist I’ve been to. I feel like a valued customer. Very responsive to questions and scheduling appointments. Staff has great attitude and it’s fun to see them periodically. Moving to west Omaha shortly but will continue to see this dentist. It’s worth the drive. Great job!

I had avioded the dentist for a decade before coming here. The staff and dentist are wonderful. They take such good care of you that I now look forward to seeing everyone.

I am so mad with this place. When we were there everything was nice, but then we had an issue with our bill and they refused to work with us. (Note that they only offer the most expensive fillings available, and don't give options for anything else, so watch your insurance. Ours didn't cover the more expensive filling, and as this was my first cavities, I didn't even know there WERE options.). I had to pay $200 up front for the procedure, and then got a bill later for another $200, all because of the type of filling they used.

I asked my HR rep to look into it, and the only suggestion she had was to see if they would write it off since no choice was given, and no one mentioned the extra charge up front. They refused to work with us at all, though, so we won't be going back. Terrible customer service. It's a shame because up till now I really liked the place. Dentist and techs were all nice, but if they can't help out where it really counts, then it's not much of a "family" dentist. They were very upfront about the billing originally, too. They let me know "exactly" how much it would cost me with my insurance beforehand. But they just left out the other $200. How slimy, and underhanded! I feel cheated. So, I guess they'll get their $200, but it cost them what would have been two (working on three) lifetime customers. Bravo, Shadowlake Family Dentist. Way to fail at math and customer service.

Way to miss the point. They said that they checked with my insurance before they quoted me the initial price. So, they either did that, or they didn’t since my insurance did not cover what they said it would. But, even besides that point, when asked to be flexible and work with us since you’d mis-quoted by HALF the cost, or risk losing customers, you chose to lose customers. I can’t imagine $200 was as big a hit to your company as it was to my family at that time. Thank goodness we’re in a better spot now and have been happy with Capeheart Family Dentistry ever since leaving this place. Since it took 8 years to even offer this weak “Blame someone else” response, it’s clear you guys haven’t gotten any better at customer service. Weird since dentists are a dime a dozen in this town. You’d think you’d up your game.

I would highly recommended Dr Foix. My son has horrible anxiety and he is the first dentist he has felt comfortable with. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Dr. Foix is a fabulous dentist. I broke my tooth over the weekend, I called on Monday, I went in to see him on Tuesday and he restored my tooth and I was out in less than an hour. Thank you, Dr. Foix.

Absolutely love this place. Chris does an amazing job as do his hygienists. I'm always treated well and the work they do is top notch. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
