The staff is super friendly and made the visit as easy as possible with a slightly nervous kid.
Doctors are fantastic and explain everything very well as they go. They are very efficient and make the whole process as easy as possible for the patient.
Would definitely recommend them.

Very unfortunate experience - and I have learned now that your office has been known to 'refer out' even when it's not necessary.
The staff was unfriendly because I had asked to limit radiation exposure by taking only necessary x-rays of the area of concern where the cavity was located ( ...since my daughter will more than likely need repeated x-rays in the future- as she gets older- because she has already been told that she may need orthodontic work).
The request was treated with rudeness and in fact, the staff was rather process-oriented rather than patient health and concern for care.
This all took place after waiting almost 3 months for a treatment appointment... and after I had clearly explained that my daughter desperately needed a cavity filled.
I think my concerns and request were valid - your office is not concerned with child healthcare and is only clearly operated as a profitable business enterprise.

Grand daughter has had bad experiences with dentists before. Miss Sara made her feel at ease.Her first visit she got to see the exam room. She couldn't wait to see Miss Sara when we went back & they were able to get more work done. Very impressed and highly recommend.

This dentistry was absolutely amazing, my daughter had an accident and chipped her front tooth, I called them that night and they got her in first thing in the morning. Everyone was so friendly from check in to check out. The doctor and staff were all amazing and my daughter loved every second and trusted them every step. She's looking forward to her siblings check ups so she can show them all the cool things. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love the staff here. They are so good at working with both my kids and I recommend them to everyone. Even today we were short on time cause I had to go to work and they got us in and out within an hour because of that, and they still got everything done (x-rays, cleaning, and fluoride treatment).

I filled out the personal history survey on my phone prior to the appointment, signed the consents beforehand and the staff was unaware of what consents were signed. I did not consent to X-rays/fluoride and even though I did not sign, they still tried to take my child back for X-rays and give a fluoride treatment. If the history form isn’t reviewed by staff, why do I need to fill it out prior to the appointment?

My child lost his filling and I made a call to get it replaced. They said they would fill it in when we came as long as he sat good. He sits like an angel and they tell me yep, filling came out. You'll have to come back another day. I specifically asked if they would just fill it on the phone and got told yes. I drive over 2 hours one way to get there and own my own business. Taking several days off for something that would have taken 5 minutes is unacceptable. My child wouldn't even need numbed. Staff was all over and not a single one had a patient. There was simply no reason for them not to save me another day off work, 240 mile trip, and more stress for my child. Along with I'm sure they plan to charge insurance twice.
Added note, not a single phone call has been made to make things right or to apologize. The dentist was not polite or friendly. And not a single employee had a patient when there was several employees there. Talk yourselves up. But you had no reason. Not to mention the fact I said I would stick around if you would squeeze us in later. You all showed 0 intentions. It would have taken you 5 minutes.

My daughter chipped her tooth at school on a late Friday morning. The entire staff stayed late (they normally close at 1pm on Fridays) to make sure that her tooth was able to be repaired the same day! They went above and beyond AND did a fantastic job! Thank you so much!
