Both me and my wife had teeth taken out here several years ago for Several hundred dollars a piece. So imagine my surprise when a trip to the dentist here in Kansas turned into emergency surgery for both of us. Apparently the dentist here at seward smiles left whole intact roots in our mouth. We had been dealing with pain and discomfort for sometime. My current dentist said "it must of been amature hour"or my favorite was " they must of been drunk. F- for a grade. If you do go here to have teeth taken out make sure they don't give up have way through like me and my wife. Can you said refund?

I had another great experience today at Seward Smiles. I had my teeth cleaning and it was a good experience. Also the receptionist took the time to check with my insurance to see if I had any dental insurance. Also she was very helpful explaining the payment plans. Thank you to everyone. 😊

Truly an excellent dental care experience. I was treated with the highest quality dental procedures, by an excellent professional, compassionate and friendly staff. Appointments were flexible and easy to schedule. They even had my insurance worked out before my 1st appointment. And absolutely pain free. I had chipped my front tooth the day before appointment so I do have to go back to get it fixed. The appointment to it fix it was made for the following week. Happy it could be fixed so soon.

From the start the staff at Seward Smiles has been amazing!! I went in back in late 2018 to find out about a hybrid denture which I ended up going through the process and through the whole process the staff has been just awesome. Even when we lost dental insurance for awhile they still worked with me on cost to get the work done so I didn't have major issues from the infection of a tooth or have to pull it just because it a cheaper option. From the office staff to the hygienist to the dentist all of them are super friendly and actually care about your oral health! You don't feel like just another patient in the chair there.
