Sandhills Family Dental made me feel welcome, appreciated, and comfortable. The entire staff seem to enjoy their jobs, have great attitudes and work as a team. In the past, I have had horrific dental experiences and dread going to the dentist for any reason. At my first appointment the hygienist was super friendly and understanding. Instead of lecturing and talking down to me (how I've felt at every visit elsewhere), she eased my overwhelming anxiety and helped me make a plan to take better care of my teeth. She explained each step along the way and also explained the costs and membership program. I left feeling relieved and actually looking forward to coming back. At my next visit, when I had to be fitted for a crown, the assistant and dentist were both kind and very friendly. The whole procedure was a breeze - and I don't say that lightly. It's only been a couple hours and my mouth feels great - in the past it has taken weeks to stop hurting. I can't say enough good things about Sandhills Family Dental, but I'll sum it up like this: YOU ROCK! Thank you for taking the fear out of dentistry. I'll never go anywhere else. 🥰
