Got implant dentures done here. Great dentist and surgeon. Some of the assistants are straight out of school and are nice but not much experience. I'm not happy with my results and the product that was given...waste of 10k.
Go at your own risk cuz u won't get ur money or ur teeth back so really look into their experience before going through with it.
I am now see a whole new dentistry with much better service and results.

This was a two month wait for an apt. And when I got there it was after 3 hour drive. I had x Ray's then waited and waited for a dentist to tell me there is no way he would pull teeth that were cracked in the back they hurt and still do. Alot of my teeth are already gone. I asked if I could get dentures. I have medicaid and this makes me furious. They said they would not pull them I drove 3 hrs home. I will call medicaid tomorrow. He said he would not pull tooth that had cracks chips and hole in the middle. It hurts right now. I want to tell the world they are scammers .
They said they could fix my tooth. Medicaid does not cover that. So how does a single woman with little income with children afford this.

I would give this company negative stars if I could. My Grandmother who is a senior citizen. Came to this dentist to get her partial teeth Made and try to get all of the metal out of her mouth because it was making her sick. they made her 1st set of teeth and they fit her perfect and they were very nice, very nice teeth. They said that she couldn't have them yet that they had to be sent back for a final inspection. she waited 2 weeks then she got a phone call. they told her that her teeth had been broken in the mail. since then she has gone through 2 more sets of teeth made by this clinic. The last set was about a year and a 1/2 ago broke within months of her getting them now have completely broken. Now she no longer has teeth. My grandmother has had problems with her teeth since she was 9 years old she is now 60 ,and to be going through this problem right at the prime of her life due to the neglect of this dentist and office is appalling!!! I will never have anything good to say about this place or the people that work there. It breaks my heart to see how sad my gramma is about not having teeth she wont even go out in public, anyone who knows her knows that she is a social butterfly. Anyway this place is a horrible place that rushes you in and out. They don't listen to their customers or even care to hear the customers concerns. Thank you for taking time out of your day to listen to my rant about this horrible place.

I would give this office zero stars if I could. I'm outraged by the lack of service, complete disregard and compassion for human beings. My mother is a senior citizen, drove over 2.5 hrs because this dental office was the closest that took her insurance only to find out that because they recommended a deep cleaning which wasn't covered by insurance and not affordable for her. They also refused to give her a regular cleaning that she was going to pay out of pocket for. How horrible can you be to refuse a cleaning on a patient because they cant afford to pay $1,000 for a deep cleaning. Does this make sense? Lets go ahead and not help someone at all if they cannot afford the service recommended. SO lets turn them down and refuse any cleaning. Anyday dental should be ashamed.

Have been here twice and early every time, they are always behind, then your waiting for the doctor to do his work. My daughter has been setting in the chair over an hour and still know doctor!! It’s the worst when it comes to time managing the worst.

They left pieces of teeth in my mouth. Went in thinking I was getting implants but just dentures I guess. They made it sound good anyway lol.
