Dr. Smith and his staff are amazing! My children have been seeing Dr. Smith for the last three years and they love going there. The staff goes out of their way to make the children feel comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Smith is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to speak to each child or parent and let them know if there are any issues and how to solve them. We are lucky to have such a great, caring dentist office is Elko.

My kids have been going to Dr. Smith since he came to Elko. All of them have special dental needs because of soft enamel, and he has learned to be proactive and aggressive in treating issues that need to be treated, and honest about things that we don't need to worry about. He is gentle and reassuring to those that are nervous about treatments they need (and believe me, we've done it all!). Plus, we love his little nicknames for the kids (honey child!!). Kudos to Dr. Smith and staff (the rest of the ladies are pretty great too!).

Dr. Smith is highly educated and personable. He and his very nice staff helped my 1 1/2 yr old daughter with her special needs and difficult problem. I will take all my other kids to them now as well. I can't thank them or reccomend them highly enough!
1 yr later, I am still so thankful for them! I did bring 5 other kids to them. Dr. Smith caught all their cavitities, when other dentists let them go. He put a watch on small ones and encouraged flossing, made recommendations for braces which was helpful because we didn't notice a cross bite, and has again helped my toddler immensely. She was very scared but Dr. Smith sang to her and she stopped right away. It was amazing!
There is a little bit of wait time in the lobby but it helps the kids to play and calm their fears, and it's worth it because he puts all his Boston education into every client! The staff is also professional and gentle. I love them all for what it has meant to me.
My daughter's GERD or acid reflux relapsed and her teeth went further downhill, so we had to go to the hospital to put on caps. I am sorry I waited so long to bite the bullet because it was a great experience and now her teeth are saved. I am beyond thankful! What a relief!
