Silver Tree Dental is the best!! I broke a tooth & they took me right in. Didnt have time to do the crown, (new patient) but did a great job putting in a temp filling until they have time to do a good crown. They r very busy! Staff & Dr r very friendly & keeps the patients comfort their top priority!!! A 10 for sure!!

Dr. Dickson came HIGHLY recommended to me by a very close friend. Dr. Dickson and ALL of his staff were beyond amazing!!! So far beyond being healthcare providers and professionals… they honestly treat you like family. Let’s face it, dental appointments aren’t something we typically get excited about. My husband and myself have to drive quite a ways to seek treatment (three hours) and I have never had a dentist that genuinely cared about what best benefits us and our situation.. We do now! The staff is amazing and so nice! Great energy all around. I’m actually excited to continue treatment with them.

All staff were kind and kept me informed at every step. The office is very clean and orderly. The office has the most advanced equipment, providing a more thorough and complete treatment than one would expect in a rural community. Dr. Dickson did a beautiful job replacing an old crown for me. It fits better and looks so great! I highly recommend Silver Tee Dental Care.

Dr. Dickson & his staff were positively brilliant today. I could not be more grateful for the care & compassion I received while having a crown placed after a Retreatment root canal. I’m a new patient first time being seen & not only was I scheduled promptly but Dr.Dickson & his care team were able to treat my issue the same day. Very capable and professional staff on hand. Pleasant and brightly lit office. I definitely felt welcome and at peace. For me, going to the dentist is necessary but can stress me out greatly. I have sensitive teeth and can get cavities rather easily. I had a cavity done here recently and comparing the experience to past ones, it was one of the best ever done. The Dr. administered the numbing shot very well to where there was little to no discomfort. And the procedure went on smoothly and quickly without a hitch.

I have major anxiety about needles. I was prescribed a medication to take the edge off. The dentist was extremely thorough and was able to do my filling with very little pain and no need for numbing.

My husband had lots of dental work done here and has nothing but positive comments. The staff is super friendly.

We have not paid a dime for 5 or 6 visits because the front desk ladies do a fantastic job at billing.
