Both ladies make the experience a pleasure, and so do the rest of the staff.

I couldn’t be more pleased with Dr. Christensen and his main office gal Kim. I have never worked with anyone in any medical, dental office EVER that has the personal skills and compassion that Kim has. She always makes me feel at ease, and I feel like she is always willing to listen and work with me. Thank you!!
I am also thrilled with my same day crown procedure. Dr. Christensen was awesome. I am so happy that he is our dentist and feel completely at ease with him. We drive from Reno to Minden and it’s worth it to us.

My crown came off, (not put in my Arrowhead but another dentist). Since the tooth was exposed I called Arrowhead Dental. They go me in right away. I really appreciate the quick response, which prevented me from having to go around with an exposed tooth. Your staff was absolutely wonderful. The office was clean and I felt safe. Thank you again. I am a patient of record, but my boyfriend was not. He was visiting from SoCal, and had debilitating dental pain. I called Arrowhead for help at 5 am, and someone got back to me right away. They squeezed him in, even though he was new to them, and ended up pulling two teeth. He is recovering but feels 100% better. They have a new client in him now, and I felt proud to refer him to a practice who took such good care of him. This place is the best!

I waited an hour to even be seen. I had a cavity filled a few months ago and had some issues following the procedure. My follow up appointments were cancelled due to COVID 19. No one reached out to me to reschedule, but since I paid for the procedure already I decided to call myself to get it fixed. After waiting an hour, the doctor told me there is nothing wrong and gave me some sensitivity toothpaste. Thanks! All the women at the front desk were rude to me and inappropriate. I will never go back. I have also told my friends and family to STAY AWAY!
