Iβve had nothing but positive experiences with the office and all of the staff. It had been a while since I received dental care and all of the staff was great at making me feel comfortable and not embarrassed. Iβve seen multiple dentists since my first visit about a year and a half ago and theyβve all be great. My treatment plan was realistic and they all took the time to explain what was needed and why. They also broke down the costs and didnβt push me to do more then I wanted to at the time. My most recent appointment was with Dr. Jun. he was kind and did a great job while making me comfortable and explaining everything along the way. Itβs always easy to make an appointment and they are pretty punctual, Iβve never had to wait past my appointment time. Overall itβs been a fantastic experience.

Dr. Jun & staff are excellent! They are all knowledgeable and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable & really good about my treatment plan! I really feel like my teeth & my health are in good hands. Saturdays are the best day to go, as it is less busy.

The dentist Taylor Anderson, did not make me feel very comfortable or happy. Iβm not sure if he is new or not. But I did not like his bedside manner and will not have him as a dentist again. I love the place but not the person. Iβm sorry I donβt usually do bad reviews. But it was not a good experience with βhimβ

I love them. Dr Tang is awesome. Iβve been to several dentist and all the other dentist said I had to pay out of pocket because my partial is cosmetic. Well that was not true. They took care of me. And very reasonable

Think twice before going there :
1) They do X-rays (photographic) every 6 months which of course isn't covered by the dental insurance (covered every 12 months or even more).
2) I wrote them, through their patient-online-portal, they have never answered me. I called twice about it to have a written answer : they say there are going to answer but they never do! It has been 1 month since I wrote them, no answer and they even deleted my messages on the patient-online-account (it's like the option to write them is here but they don't even bother to read it or to care about it). One manager even wrote me an email to ask my questions (like they don't read patient-online-portal messages, delete them and then ask again the client to ask again its question?!). It was a question about how do they send their invoice when there are 2 dental insurances. I realized that both of my dental insurance would charge me the same part of the treament. My assumption is that they send their invoice to both insurances, to collect the money twice. But of course they never answered me, so this is only an assumption.
3) Dr William B Jun even numbed the wrong side of my jaw/gum before replacing a feeling : "oups sorry". I guess joking with a colleague and working at the same time isn't a skill gifted to everyone. I'm pretty sure they are going to charge his mistake to both of my insurance (still an assumption).
To Henderson Modern Dentistry, do not even bother to copy/paste what you wrote to other unhappy customers : "sorry call us to figure it out". Just do your job to answer in a timely manner your customers when they write you on the online portal!

Terrible dental office, very overbooked and crowded, expect to wait hours as a patient anytime you come in for treatment for anything. I've been to other modern dentistry group offices, and did not have any issues. I had four dentists assigned to me leave this practice in a little over a years time. I purchased a dental crown that was supposed to take a few weeks for delivery, only to have the staff forget to place the order, and take way over a months time to receive it, when they told me they had it, I took off work to come in the office only for them to tell me that they didn't actually have it, and i could come in at a later date!? The front office staff is okay here, but that's about it. Anyone would be wise to stay clear of this office, I would not send my dog here. You have been warned

My daughter has been seen here in the pediatrics center and I myself have just had my first visit. Very kind people, listen thoroughly and donβt rush you. They take everything into consideration and do what is best for you and the circumstances of which you came in for.

The only reason for 2 stars is the doctor is a sweetheart along with some of the staff Iβve met, however Iβve come here 3x in the last year the first was a good visit, by the end they provided me with an estimate of $600ish for the removal of my wisdom teeth, I approved it and scheduled. I received a call about a month prior to my scheduled appointment to attempt to reschedule to an earlier appt and they offered a $100 discount, I then received an estimate again but this time $1000 more than what I was originally quoted (this included $100 discount). I still had the procedure done paying now $1600 out of pocket after being quoted incorrectly to begin with. I went back today for a follow up and routine cleaning arrived early checked in on time, they had done radiographs, an exam, and measured my gums all within 45 minute of my scheduled time. I was then told someone would be in shortly with an estimate, I waited 40 minutes and finally caught someone in the hallway and asked to find out what was going on since it had been so long and that I have to leave in an hour to make another appointment. She came back to tell me they are now working on my estimate and that it shouldnβt be more than 5 minutes and that my chart must have gotten misplaced, I asked how long the cleaning will take because I have an appointment and have to leave by an hour later to make it in time (this is an hour and a half after I checked in) ultimately after wasting an hour and a half of my time half of which was waiting on a nonexistent estimate coming to me they couldnβt get me in for the cleaning. I took off of work just to sit in a chair for an hour and a half for absolutely no reason. At this point chances of going back are slim because in 3 visits Iβve been provided incorrect financials and then forgotten about.

I was really surprised that they didn't want my previous (out of state) dental records. Told me things that my 20+ years dentist has never mentioned. Tried to upsell on things that are expensive. They were ok with just completing the cleaning covered by insurance. NOT gentle in the cleaning process. High powered cleaner was extremely loud, high pitched and scraping of teeth was very uncomfortable. Then the manual scraping was as if they were pulling my teeth out. Thought it odd that dentist did cleaning and not a hygienist. Front office was very busy and weren't able to finish appointment as needed. I haven't needed to change dentists for over 20 years, so maybe this is the new normal.

Very upset that I wasted my time with this office. Scheduled an appt online. When I called to ask questions about the appt the next day I sat trying to get through for 34 minutes with nothing. Finally hung up and called again later for another 20 minutes before hanging up (I have the screenshots to prove it). Show up for my appt and itβs cancelled. Are you kidding me?? Worst service, or lack thereof, ever. Donβt waste your time here.
