Ive had the worst experience with this dentist.
They are
NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY
NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY!!
I have only been in twice, maybe three times and every single time I have been made to feel unwelcome for like a hassle because of my need for a family dentist. (If you’re unwilling to accommodate families, please advise of that prior to making the appointments)
The last visit really was the last straw when
I went in to get a quick filling, should not have taken long at all, I’ve done many before.
I had my two children with me and the youngest was crying because he just wanted mom.
The appointment should have been less than 5 minutes to fix.( I’ve done this many times before)
Because of the dentist want to use anasthesia (unnecessary) and need to wait on doctor etc.. the children grew restless.
We got through the procedure and the doctor told the front desk agent to tell me that
I AM NO LONGER ALLOWED TO BRING MY CHILDREN IN TO MY APPOINTMENT UNLESS THEY ARE SPECIFICALLY GETTING WORK DONE, that it’s best for me to leave them at home.
LIKE I SAID, we are a military family, MY HUSBAND IS DEPLOYED, how am I supposed to come into appointments and leave my children at home in this scenario!? Simply because of minor crying or babies just being babies?
I am so disgusted that this is how the doctor chose to respond to our visit.
I have already switched doctors and want to warn any and all other families, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS AS YOUR OFFICE. They are rude and inconsiderate. Have zero tolerance for children.
And honestly make a quick dentist trip too long in my opinion.
Please fix your description if you are not going to honor families as patients.

Very nice staff, especially Melonie and Donna, they are always sweet and caring. Only the most spectacular dentist, I usually fall asleep while getting my teeth filled and once he pulled out my tooth and I didn't know it was out! Such a very clean and relaxing environment. Plus ontop of all that they try to do all they can to help you afford your costs. Not only I but numerous people in the community recommend Dr. Sill, he's really the best, you will be very happy if your his patient.

Myself and my family have been going to Dr. Sill for about 9 years. He and his staff are fantastic. They do not overbook their appointments. You will always know exactly what dental work you need to get fixed immediately and what work can wait. Dr. Sill is great and I highly recommend him!

I've been a patient of Dr. Sill for about five years, and he and his staff have always done a great job. I go every six months for regular check ups and cleanings. His hygienist is very thorough and nice. Office staff is great. Dr. Sill has done dental work on me, my wife, and daughter, and we've all been very pleased. If your looking for a great dentist, give him a try.

I really wish I had found Dr. Sill 20 years ago. I have had nothing but the worst experience with dentists in this town and it has made me stay away from them. Now Thanks to Kelsey who works at a school I drive school bus for, I have found a dentist that I do not dread going to. I can get right in, and leave pain free. Dr. Sill and his staff really are caring people. They are not out to get rich off of us like so many other dentists I have been too. At Dr. Sill's office, it truly is about the patient. Dr. Sil's office is always nice and friendly from the time I come into the door, to the time I leave. Appointment times are always accurate and they do not keep you waiting hours in the lobby like most dentist. I live in Henderson and travel all the way to this location because of its AMAZING service.

Superior dentist! Even his temporary work keeps like it's permanent; and when you have mouth like mine that's always under construction you'll appreciate a dentist of his caliber. He only informs you of what you need and not trying to fill his pockets which is a GREAT relief from my previous dentist!

I have always been scared of the dentist since i was a young child, but my mother in law went here and had nothing but good words about him and his office so my boyfriend went and he was getting a tooth pulled and a filling and he told me that he has a touch of god lol so I was having a bad tooth ache and I took my chances and conturered my fears and went and all I can say is WOW he does have hands of a god! I have now been going to him and I can say that he and his staff make me feel so welcome there, You want a good dentist you find one... thanks guys !!!

Wonderful staff, very friendly. The wait time, if any, is minimal. Dr. Sill very professional and caring. He takes time to explain what needs to be done. Love this place. Wish I gone to them long before now.
