DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. My crown was put on backwards and the treatment plan that was given to me was far more aggressive than what was necessary (another dentist told me it could have easily been remedied with just an onlay to protect the original tooth instead of removing 70% of my tooth as someone in their early 30’s in good health).

Dr. Staten was very rough and there was blood on the instruments by the end of my visit. I had gone in for a check up that ended up being a 3-hour appointment. After she installed the crown incorrectly, I ended up staying for an additional 1.5. Over this 4.5 hour appointment, the staff did not check if I needed anything like water even and the staff were eating/sharing food during a period where we should all be very mindful of spreading germs in a COVID world.

I emailed the office my complaints and they didn’t acknowledge my email for over 24 hours until I called and was told she was busy and would respond later. Their response to me eventually was that, “Sometimes we’re not at our best. This was one of those days. But we still stand by our work if you need to come back.” The last thing I would ever want to do at this point is go back to an dentist that cares more about payments than making sure the level of care is the RIGHT level needed.

It is always a pleasure to visit Desert Hils Dental. The appointments are on time and the staff are pleasant and professional.

Appointment was promptly on time. Staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. Hygienist was informative and NOT a sales person like I've experienced at other dentist offices. Best experience I've ever had at a dentist office.

I had a terrible experience at Spring Mountain Dental so I came here for a second opinion . Starting from making a appointment to the moment you walk the customer service is on point . Within a few moments of the DR examining my mouth she noticed I had a tooth infection and was pushing she took a X-Ray to confirm and sure enough I had gone to my dentist for over 3 months at least once a week and they never noticed . Desert Dental cares about your teeth and your oral health and the quality of work is hands down top notch they do not cut corners on the quality of work or materials they use . The staff is amazing and friendly and patient with me I have gone through some tramadic stuff with my mouth and they understand and care . If you want to find quality and compassion come to desert dental (they also have stayed late for me when I could not come until after work which is more than appreciated)

Everyone here is amazing! I cracked a crown and they got me in that day! Dr. Staten and her amazing crew stayed late to finish the work I needed. I have finally found a dentist I can trust! I recommend them to all my friends!

Never ever had such a satisfying teeth cleaning SPA experience in my life.

I went in for a tooth issue that turned out to be a cavity. It was my first cavity and it was in a front tooth and I was really nervous. Dr Vanna was so nice and supported me through the process. When I went home I looked in the mirror and couldn’t believe that she fixed my tooth like it was brand new! It was like magic! I even cried alittle I was so happy. If you have a problem this is the place to go. Thx Dr. Vanna and Dr. Debra!

Desert Hills Dental is an amazing dental office, and I would recommend them to anyone who is needing an awesome dentist!!!

The dentists and dental assistants take great care of you. Everything is explained thoroughly, and they are very gentle and compassionate . I appreciate the great care they provide for me and my family .
