I just had some work done and I will say, this is the best dentist I have ever gone to. My husband now goes here as well. He's had terrible experiences just like myself with either staff or the dentist in his lifetime but not here! He and I both agree that the staff is wonderful and the dentist is fantastic! He explains everything and is very compassionate. Takes his time to be sure your as comfortable as you can be. We're very pleased and thankful to call this our new dental office.

This is the best dentist I’ve ever been too. He takes the time to explain what he sees in your mouth, showing X-rays, photos, explaining tooth structure and function. I’m naturally uncomfortable about the dentist, but he always puts me at ease. I can’t recommend this office enough.
All of the staff is friendly, smiling, helpful, and knowledgeable. 5 stars all the way across.

My husband and I have been patients to Desert Inn Smiles for some time but we have noticed that their care and concern has diminished. On 9/1/2022, my husband was in Desert Inn Smiles for a crowning. This procedure should have taken only one hour but the whole procedure took nearly three hours, by then the anesthetic had wore off. Dr RJ did not ask if my husband was in discomfort, just explained that the oven was left off and there were technical troubles with some of the equipments and hence the delay. During the treatment for the crown replacement someone came in to look at the work on my husband's crown.
At no time was permission asked from my husband to let this unknown person into the treatment room. Unethical! It is time for us to look for another Dentist.

Great dentist and wonderful caring office! I went in due to pain and apparently it was from a bad temporary bridge from another dentist. Dr. RJ was so kind and took his time explaining everything. He was able to fix the issue during this appointment. No more throbbing or pain in my mouth! And as for the staff, they were all extremely helpful and went over everything I needed to know regarding the insurance. I have to also mention that Abigail is a rockstar!! : ) Thank you all!

I've been coming here since they opened. Dr. RJ and the Desert Inn smiles team have always been great, friendly, and care about their patients. They offer different options if you don't have insurance. The office is very nice and clean.

Excellent customer service from the admin to the Doctor. Took the time to really explain the plan of care and did a lot of teaching on maintenance to make sure I will have healthy teeth. Love the technology and office well maintained.

Dr. G’s always the best man !! I used to come to him a long time ago and then I lost my insurance and once I got it again I just had to return to him and yet again my experience with him is the best, always explaining everything, always very attentive, and some of the most friendly staff ever !! Not to mention his actual dental work is spot on ! 10000/10 would recommend !!

Dentist was very accommodating and explain my situation in a way that I can understand it. The equipment are very modern and up to date. The only thing is I never have my teeth polished before my cleaning I was a new patient . I did not question it because I thought maybe there's a good reason for it? Anyway next time if they do that again I will asked why. Over all I'm glad I found them. The office is basically walking distance from my house. Staff are all accommodating and friendly. Thank you.

Friendly staff. Dr R.J. explained very well and in detail every photo that was taken of my teeth and the xray images. He addressed some dental issues that my previous dentist did not mention I had. I have crooked teeth so wanted to know the options I had/ second opinion towards a new smile and he explained what was best for me, overall he was realistic and cares for my dental health. Appreciate him and his staff for helping me out.
