This office has terrible oversight and they discriminate against people who have government assistance insurance. They will make you believe that you have an appointment and they will wait until the day of your appointment to inform you that they do not accept your insurance. Despite the fact that you’re appointment was scheduled 2 weeks in advance.

, UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA SAN FRANCISCO WHICH I HAVE GREAT RESPECT. HE IS EFFICIENT & KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING, COMPASSIONATE & PROFESSIONAL IN HIS DEMEANOR. HE IS NOT MONEY HUNGRY LIKE SOME OTHERS IN HIS PROFESSION. HE DOES NOT HAVE MANY STAFF IN HIS OFFICE SO AS TO LOWER THE COST OF RUNNING THE CLINIC AS A SOLO PRACTITIONER SO THAT HIS PRACTICE CAN SURVIVE.

I went for my first appointment after having a bad experience with another general dentist and he hardly did anything the hygienist did everything after measuring pockets in my teeth instead of just cleaning them she tells me I need a periodontal cleaning so after making a couple of appointments to spend about $1100 I called one of my best friends is a retired general dentist and he said that general dentist and and especially hygienists are not supposed to diagnose periodontal problems this is for a periodontist so I canceled both my appointments my buddy said that this is a scam perpetuated on seniors they also do the same thing with root canal is that you don’t need
