Las Vegas Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

Cindy at the front desk is amazing friendly and knows her stuff. Willing to help out with good information. My dentist was great (Brian). I was in and out and they only did the work that was necessary for my teeth- no unneeded & expensive stuff. No gouging. This is my new dentist office!

Just transferring from the peds side and they handle children great!

The orthodontics are always super nice and always tell me wear to go and are very gentle on my mouth.

My head is still spinning from my positive bizarre experience with this office. Let me preface that I am TERRIFIED of dentists. As in need prescriptions to go in for work that I have delayed for years in avoidance of them thanks to traumatic experiences as a little kid.
Cindy (I later found out was the Office Manager) made my appointment. I was scared just being on the phone with her & she went out of her way to make enough notes so that Jennifer & Dr. Lisenby were aware & attentive. Jennifer offered consistent reassurance & breaks whenever/if ever I needed. Dr. Lisenby was an experience that will forever be memorable in the best of ways. His bedside manner was genuine & so patient, & knew to give me space waiting until I was ready. I could hear the chair shake because I was trembling so badly. When the exam was over he even apologized for getting me so worked up (cold test sucks) vs laughing it off or brushing me off to go about their day.
Christine at checkout was the final spin on my experience. Trying to calm down from a borderline anxiety attack is the absolute worst time to figure out the business side of your health. She was so patient & must have repeated info to me 100x or more. When I was finally ready to put a down payment on my crown she reassured me that I didn't NEED to do this right now if I wasn't in the right state of mind. I've never had that before. Usually it's being pushed into signing financial agreements or turned away until you pay in full. Her kindness & thoughtfulness was so touching & I had to agree that I wasn't quite ready for committing to a payment plan at that moment. Such a thoughtful act snapped me out of my impulsiveness & probably saved additional stress on my family. I am so beyond grateful to her to be so aware & mindful of me.
I'm still terrified to get the crown lol but looking forward to seeing them again.

I absolutely love the care I have always received at LVMD. All of the staff are super kind and the dentists are amazing. And they stand by their work. If you have work done by them and by chance a problem arises they will get you in right away to correct it as soon as possible. And anytime I have had to set up a payment plan itis very affordable and there have been times something unfortunate has occured and I couldn't make the full payment and they are very understanding nd will work with you on wht you can do. And any time work needs to be done the dentists always explain in depth hat needs to be done and how and then allow you to ask questions and patiently answer every single one you have. In addition the facilities are always very clean and every thing is well taken care of. I could not possibly say enough positive things about this place or the staff. I've definitely always had great experiences and don't ever plan on going anywhere else.

Very nice, clean facility, able to ease her nerves, explained everything very well, the nurse ( Jennifer ) was very professional and easy-going with her and gentle, Dr. Fox seemed very happy to do his job, Dr.Fox Explained everything he was doing while he was doing it very informative, always asking if she was fine, wearing awesome cowboy boots, Nurse. Jennifer, Dr. Fox, they were very clear on the price and cost of everything, and they went over any questions that we might have, also they went over the payment plans with us. Overall, very satisfied with this dentistry.
And while we were in the waiting room they had about a 22in tv in the middle of the room playing a movie so while you are waiting you can see a movie. Overall we were there for nearly 2 hours but it felt like 20 min.

Always a pleasure coming here ! The whole family comes here . They are especially great with my daughter.

This place is a shameful overbooking money grabbing office. Two appointments in a row I waited for more than an hour to been seen with an appointment. Sorry folks my small business is just as important as yours and your dentists are not that great. Spend less time discussing payment options and more time proving timely professional services. THEY ALSO CHARGED A LOT MORE THAN MY NEW DENTIST. HIGH INCENTIVES AT THIS PLACE TO DO WORK YOU DO NOT NEED.

Love this place :) They take good care of you fast friendly and place is very clean .
