Toree made my visit to the dentist such a pleasant experience. She is friendly, welcoming, and so knowledgeable in her field. Totally felt like I was talking to a friend while with her.
Dr. Brigham is also wonderful. He is precise, calculated, and thorough. He went above and beyond by explaining the reasons why procedures are performed and displayed a visual for me to better understand. I appreciated that!

Dr Bingaman & assistant Stephanie were very good! Dr. Thoroughly explained all my concerns/questions. Stephanie performed polishing very well. Both were very friendly & professional. Then I had my cleaning done by Vanessa Smith. Very friendly & loves her work and cares about her patients. Vanessa did a wonderful job & knows how to talk & connect with us in the chair. My next cleaning is going to be with Vanessa! 👍

It is extremely rare to find an entire organization, where every single person is exceptional at their job, as well as exceptionally kind and considerate. Shadow Mountain Dental has proven time and again to be this rare exception of exceptional people, whenever I have needed them. They have done the very best level of work and they never fail to do it with the very best attitudes. They are the best. All of them. The Dentists, Hygienists, everyone behind the desk at reception and everyone else inbetween, is Awesome. I will always go to them, even though they are actually outside my insurance group, because they are all that good, and absolutely worth it. :)

Received great customer service by the entire staff. They really care about their patients. Excellent communication. They walk you through the steps of the procedures they are performing while making you feel comfortable. They show you lots of attention and are very friendly. I would highly recommend this Office. Was treated by Dr Guran and his Assistant Joshua plus more!

The staff was amazing! The front office, assistants, dentist, and hygienist were all extremely professional and kind. Vanessa the hygienist was especially great - she took her time and made sure to be gentle and responsive to me. So glad to have finally found a good dentist office!

New patient here. Dr Nguyen is great! The place is clean, organized and they follow COVID protocols. The assistants are great specially Cindy. I was very nervous about going to a new dentist after moving to Vegas but Cindy made me feel at home. I would definitely bring my kids here and I would recommend this office to my family and friends.

I’ve been a patient here for years. This is the first time I had to wait for everything. Walking in & normally greeted & signed In immediately, not this time. Waited about 20 minutes, then, after being signed in I waited a long time. Finally taken for x-rays & to a room after waiting 50 minutes. Dentist comes in & asks, “how was your cleaning?” My response, “I wouldn’t know since I never had it!” My 10 o’clock appointment was for a cleaning & exam. So, I waited another 20 minutes until the hygienist came. When I asked, “what’s the problem today? I have a wife just home from cancer surgery & can’t be gone so long.” she said, “we’ll do a quick cleaning.”
Not at all happy with this!
