Dr Buchanan fixed a chipped front tooth. The results were amazing. The color match is perfect and there is no sign that my tooth had a chip. All in all a plus 10 experience. The office, from front staff to back staff, Drs and techs, is a pleasant experience. It’s a wonderful experience for an office to be so welcoming in all areas. Thank you!!

The Dentist was very helpful and cleaned my teeth as well when the appointment was only supposed to be for an exam. I was so happy that she was as able to do the cleaning on the same day. The dentist truly cares about her patients. There was a positive atmosphere at this location and the employees were very nice as well. I am giving 4 stars out of 5 as I have sensitivity in an area by a tooth and unsure if the dentist assessed it properly. I think I may need to crown or filling, or both.

Place was cool at first but, today I asked the receptionist was there gonna be a co-pay for my cleaning they told me no, nice right! Because I was having issues with my FSA. Than, when I sat down in the chair ready for my cleaning they brought up my other appointment about my crown. The receptionist let me know that they already paid for something that’s didn’t have anything to do with me because, I paid partially. So they ask me to just reschedule until I figure out, what going on with my FSA… Now I’m not upset I’m disappointed because I could have gotten my teeth cleaned that day and came another day for the Crowning to get fixed. They insulted my intelligence, didn’t care about my time, and, didn’t do their job when it came to my first appointment about my cleaning. Not a place I would recommend because they will stop everything when even your insurance covers one part but not another. I’m left with my head up because someone else will take me serious and not waste my time. I say all this because I don’t want anyone to get caught up in going to a dentist office when it states that they are black and they don’t want to help or try to play their own. I’m very disappointed and wanted to leave with that.

I always look forward to my appointments here! Everyone is very friendly. I don't know how to word it, but feedback regarding my oral health is always delivered in a solution-based way, not in a derogatory way. The staff is really focused on taking care of you and making you feel comfortable during your visit.
