5 Star all the way. Would give more if possible. From minute you walk in the door the office staff makes you feel comfortable. Dr Ofori & her techs with their engaging attitudes discuss what the procedure will entail & ask if you have any questions. Afterwards should you need an adjustment it is quickly done, always with a smile.

I really like my hygienist. She does a very thorough job. They have changed to that "waterpik" device that does a better job than the pick cleaning. Yet, occasionally it is too harsh for me. I just tell her and she is happy to do it the old way. I haven't had to use Dr Olfori yet. (thank goodness) but I find her knowledgeable and personable. When she comes in to do the exam she makes me feel as though my dental health is all she is thinking about at that moment. I like cosmopolitan dental.

The office staff and hygienist were great. Very friendly. I wasn’t really happy with Dr. Ofori at my first visit because she barely talked to me, seemed to be in a rush, and when she did she stood behind me and I couldn’t see her. Made me uncomfortable.

On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the highest, I rate my experience as a 10. No one loves to go to the dentist but my experience is that close. Every phase of my experience was top hat. From the beginning of walking into the door to the time I left was rewarding because of the people who work in the office and the highest degree of efficiency from everyone.
