I would have never thought that I would be writing a review for a dental office and claiming that is was a wonderful experience, but here I am. You can tell that Dr. Dean has thought about everything- from the beautiful decor in the office to the curated music that plays. Nothing about this office screams “Dental” or “Medical”, however it still has a very professional and clean feeling.
The front office looks like a spa, feels like a spa. I can’t tell you how many dark Dental waiting rooms I’ve sat in looking at cartoon drawings of teeth reminding me to floss from the 80’s with bad wallpaper and a kids play section…
WestSide Dental is the opposite of any classic dental office/experience.
All intake forms are electronic and very easy to fill out from your phone. The office staff is amazing- very professional in a warm way.
Everything is insanely clean. The actual dental rooms have a big screen on the wall so you can look at your teeth with Dr. Dean & learn about everything that’s going on with them. There is also a big screen that is on the ceiling that allows you to choose from different relaxing “scapes” to watch.
Dr. Dean is very personable and makes you feel really comfortable by checking in with you frequently. She is very present the entire visit. She makes you feel like you’re her only patient for the day.
Huge windows in every room- I could go on and on here. If I had to choose one word to describe this practice it would be: transparency. I never thought that existed in any medical setting- but it sure does!
I’m so happy I found this office and know my teeth are in good hands.
