I got or tried to get a new pair of dentures in 2019. I told them at the time I do not believe these are mine they do not feel right. It is now 2021 and he keeps telling me this is how dentures work. I have been wearing dentures for 20 years. They scratch my mouth so bad I bleed. I have had him try and fix them. With no help. Now I have to pay for a set that I can not afford from someone who knows what they are doing(I walked in with dentures and papartialts that I could at least eat with, this has been a nightmare)

I would recommend checking around dentists before going to these offices. I think it is a waste of money that you have us go to one dentist and then if you need an extraction that you have to go to a surgeon before you can get that done then be scheduled for the extraction. I think you guys are using people and medicaid. One dentist had already said I needed an extraction by the x-rays then you take the money from that visit then you go to the surgeon take the money from that visit and then make the appointment for the extraction and again take the money from that appointment. What a waste of time for your benefits.
If you didn't take advantage of using the system to make money i would of been all over it telling ppl to support you guys but that is not the case. I will be putting this on Google review. Ppl that uses the system shouldn't be in service. The denist and staff were really nice I know they don't own this company.
